I can't recommend this place at all. Online tickets are 50 %cheaper than at the door. Definitely recommend buying online if you are desperate to go.
Staff informed us that only 3 slides were closed but when we got in it turned out only 3 slides were open. Yes you pay 890 baht for only to see slides not to use.
Every time you have to find a staff member to turn the slide waters on, most of the time they wait under the slide but sometimes they go missing.
All stairs are rusted, they can cut your fingers etc. Rusted stairs also cut the boats and they tried to super glue them. So they pump your boat before your slide and when you go down it is already deflated. If you would like to slide you Have to pump it again.
Wave pool, lazy river etc only works 15 minutes in few hours. I think they try to save some electricity.
The pools didn't maintained really well, all waters are green and the pools were dirty. I don't think they ever mopped the floor.
Changing rooms, toilets are awful, half of the lights, hairdryer, hot water dont work i guess because of electricity bill.
Electric wristband didn't open any of the lockers but i guess we were the only unlucky ones. I have seen others work fine.
They charged 100 baht for electronic wristbands and when we got out from the pool at 18:00 the tool was closed i don't get why they didn't even wait a few more minutes while people walked out and tried to refund their deposits.
Only thing i can say was good that staff was helpful inside the pool. Otherwise 1* at all.
So it was worst 890 bath experience ever. I paid 700 baht in Pattaya and it was way more worth it. Save some money and don't even think to come. All the good reviews before COVID, i think they couldn't maintain really well during lockdown then it snowballed. Lastly none of the toys in LunaPark when we...
Read moreHaving read the reviews I was not surprised at what I experienced, it seems like a bad investment and they are struggling to justify keeping it open. Overall we had a good time here but they have hiked the ride prices. It seems clear that most of their flagship attractions remain closed due to perhaps uneconomical maintenance costs. The staff were really good and went the extra mile, on entry they did not try and sell packages and actually told us to go for a lower token bundle than what we initially asked for, as if they knew that we would never spend that much, this was very good and appreciated. There are a lot of height and weight instructions that you should research on their website beforehand. They have been unable to attract or maintain food vendors and the selection of food is limited to something their staff can put in a deep fat fryer like nuggets, chicken wings, spring rolls etc.. The shopping is non-existent. The place could be good and I really hope they can turn it around, nevertheless my 9 year old son has a great few hours and really enjoyed it, best of all the place is very quiet...
Read moreGood size water-park with many rides. There weren’t many people when we were there. We didn’t have to queue or wait longer than 2 minutes for any rides. We really enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. However, they do need to improve on maintenance. The float conveyor belt (Python and Tornado) was broken when we were there (according to the staff, it had been broken for a while already). The rides were very fun. But it wasn’t easy when we had to climb up the steps with a 4 person-float over our heads. The float was rather heavy and bulky. It could easily fall off and injure any one further down the steps. As for the Excite Zone, I think the rides were a little too expensive. The Go-Kart area in particular, was relatively small when compared to the nearby Khao Yai Speed-Kart. And at Khao Yai speed -Kart, each go was 10 minutes, vs a mere 3 circuits at this place. It was over in about 5...
