We entered on the recommendation of our guide, whom we hired through the Get Your Gate app, but from the moment we tried to access the venue, it was clear they had no interest in helping us. We felt unwelcome and were told to enter from another side, which was confusing and frustrating.

When we apologized for the misunderstanding, the staff was rude and aggressive. The lack of English in their communication felt like an obstacle, but what truly shocked me was the behavior of some employees, who started yelling at us for no reason. At one point, one of them, showing a complete lack of self-control, hit me in the face. This experience was unacceptable.

If you have the option to visit this place, I advise you to avoid it. It's not worth risking a bad experience. The warmth and hospitality one expects from a tourist destination are completely absent here. Spend your time at other places that truly value...
