Had a problem with my IP SE 2020. Stepping into the shop, you know why the shop got a such good reviews. The shop is fully equipped and modern. Told the staff what was problem with the phone. The staff did a quick inspection and told me what needs to be done and the time and cost for rectifying the problem.

The shop have good follow up after the repair so you don’t have to worry about after repairs issues. Had a minor issue after the repair but the staff told me to contact the shop again if the minor issue persist and rectified after service issues.

Overall, I am very impressed with the shop and will visit again should I have any problems with my iPhones/iPad. Reliable and reasonable price.

The cons: Shop location: Not in Pattaya city centre. It’s in Soi Siam country club. Not problem for those living in Pattaya. For tourist, you will need to take a taxi to go to the shop. My wife and I had our phones damaged cause our jet ski capsized in Pattaya beach!! Both our phones were damaged by the water. I was looking around for an experienced shop to fix our phones they can’t be turn on. So I used my iPad and read these good reviews on Pond’s shop. We called him immediately as it was already 7:30pm and his shop closes at 8pm. He was so friendly and asked us to come down to check on our phones. After checking he said it will take up to 5 hours to fix both of our phones and he was totally fine with it. Up-Date 7 monts after: He did it again and this time in an mission impossible. My Face ID stopped working due to water damage. I went to 3 different repair shops in Bali and Kuala Lumpur and everywhere I was told it couldn't be repaired. I've already given up hope and when I got to Pattaya I thought, now I'll try this guy again. He made the impossible possible again and fixed the iPhone again in 15 minutes.
