I used the baht bus to get there from my accomodation near Na Baan Pier - cost 30 baht.

The beach itself is quieter and cleaner than the others in Ko Lan (which are pretty much all downright filthy), but there is still a lot of garbage all around, in the bushes, on the seabed etc.

There are considerably fewer loud Chinese tourists here, with the vacuum filled almost exclusively by Russian tourists. It felt like being on a beach somewhere in Russia. As is the case all over Pattaya you will likely only hear Russian spoken around you. If you're unlucky, they'll smoke and play loud Russian music on portable speakers.

A sun lounger will set you back 100 baht for the day. You can also order food and drinks, but the prices are inflated in accordance with the location. Better to bring your own food and drink.

You can hire a jet ski, go on the banana tube or go snorkelling, so nothing special here when it comes to the entertainment on offer.

I snorkelled within the swimming area and sadly there is a lot of pollution on the seabed, with the majority of the coral dead or dying. There was a nice variety of small fish species though and millions of sea urchins.

All round, this is the best Kon Lan has to offer. Sadly though, unless a major effort is made to address the massive pollution and damage to the ecology, there won't be much left to enjoy in the...

Nual Beach on Ko Larn, Pattaya, is a hidden gem that captures the essence of tropical paradise. The pristine white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters create a postcard-perfect setting, making it an ideal escape from the bustling mainland. The beach is relatively secluded, offering a serene atmosphere for those seeking tranquility.

Snorkeling enthusiasts will be delighted by the vibrant marine life just a short swim away from the shore. The coral reefs teem with colorful fish, providing a mesmerizing underwater spectacle. The calm waves make it an excellent spot for novice snorkelers and families.

The beach is lined with quaint seafood shacks serving freshly caught delicacies, allowing visitors to savor the authentic flavors of the region. Sunset transforms the horizon into a canvas of warm hues, making it a romantic spot for couples or a peaceful retreat for solo travelers.

Although the island is just a short boat ride from Pattaya, Nual Beach feels worlds away. The lack of crowds enhances the natural beauty, making it a must-visit for those seeking a rejuvenating escape amidst nature's wonders. Ko Larn's Nual Beach truly embodies the idyllic...

Koh Larn is an island with beautiful sea, clear water of Pattaya, only 2 hours from Bangkok. It is a popular island for tourists who love pure white beaches. The turquoise sea is as beautiful as the islands in the Andaman Sea, making it uninterruptedly visited by tourists. Koh Larn, 7 kilometers from the coast of Pattaya, has many beautiful beaches. Most of them are bustling with tourists who come to swim because the water at Koh Lan is very clear. There are lots of fun water activities like parachute boats, ski boats, and scooters, and there are accommodations, restaurants and cafes to chill out. If you come to this island, you can relax in a variety of ways.

Koh Larn has an area of approximately 5.6 square kilometers. The length of Koh Lan from north to south is 4.65 kilometers, and the width of Koh Lan, the widest part, can be measured about 2.15 kilometers. The highest point is 180 meters above mean sea level. Most of the terrain is highland and groves of shrubs and large trees. The community will settle on a large plain on the east coast...

⚠️ if your looking for a place to relax, this isn’t the spot. A lot of tourist here at anytime, anywhere. Always packed with a butch of people. Trash everywhere, and the transportation around the island cost ranging from 30-40 bahts. I would recommend renting a motorcycle or a golf buggy for around 200 bahts. Or if you’re brave enough, ask locals if they could rent their bikes to you. (However, the roads are somewhat steep, if you’re not somewhat good at riding uphill, I wouldn’t recommend it). Seafood is amazing and fresh, remember to buy smaller sized coconuts, because they contain more sweetness compared to the big ones. If you’re thinking of buying smoothies, and you would like no added sugar, remember to tell them “no sugar, please.” Compare the water activities prices on different sections of the beach. You might find cheaper options. Banana boat ride, jet ski, and under water walking I strongly don’t recommend. If you’re looking for a heart pumping adventure, I would suggest paragliding or parasailing.
