I used the baht bus to get there from my accomodation near Na Baan Pier - cost 30 baht.
The beach itself is quieter and cleaner than the others in Ko Lan (which are pretty much all downright filthy), but there is still a lot of garbage all around, in the bushes, on the seabed etc.
There are considerably fewer loud Chinese tourists here, with the vacuum filled almost exclusively by Russian tourists. It felt like being on a beach somewhere in Russia. As is the case all over Pattaya you will likely only hear Russian spoken around you. If you're unlucky, they'll smoke and play loud Russian music on portable speakers.
A sun lounger will set you back 100 baht for the day. You can also order food and drinks, but the prices are inflated in accordance with the location. Better to bring your own food and drink.
You can hire a jet ski, go on the banana tube or go snorkelling, so nothing special here when it comes to the entertainment on offer.
I snorkelled within the swimming area and sadly there is a lot of pollution on the seabed, with the majority of the coral dead or dying. There was a nice variety of small fish species though and millions of sea urchins.
