Service is extremely inconsistent! Last time I ordered the ribeye and asked for rare. It was way overcooked, chewy and tough like shoe leather. Last time my wife ordered the Salmon and it was perfectly cooked but this time is dry as hell. Also the mash potatoes was sweet with a very strange flavor, probably from the local palm sugar which we don't like. This time I ordered the same ribeye and politely reminded them to make it rare. I guess I must have gotten someone in trouble and that person basically gave me a raw steak. Since we don't like the taste of the unauthentic sweet mash potatoes, we asked to have the mash potatoes substitute with either rice or extra spinach which supposed to come with the 4 orders, all they did was just not give us the mash potatoes. The food may be cheap but the service is on par with the price. Other similarly priced restaurants we visited have much better services. I guess we will have to go to other Santa Fe in Pattaya that offers MUCH better service and better quality food for the same price in the future. Stay away from this one. Go to other Santa Fe in Pattaya instead if you want to eat this...

The food was slightly better than I expected in terms of value for money (had a pork steak with pepper sauce and sausage, fries, salad on side) for 179 thb. Quality while not gourmet, was certainly better than I expected at this price range...
