My favorite Market in the NaiHarn, Rawai Area. Every MONDAY and THURSDAY the Talad Mapraoh (Coconut Market) located on the mailstreet between Chalong circle and Rawai Beach about in the middle. There are 3 different markets in Nai Harn Rawai area. This one, Monday and Thursday, SayuanRoad Market also on mainstreet on traffic light into Sayuan Road on Tuesday and Fridays and Rawai Market a bit further on, also on the mainstreet close to Seashell Museum. on Wednesdays and Sundays. If your in the area on Monday or Thursday, do yourself a favor and check this market out. There is a variety of food to choose from to bring back to your villa and all and reasonable prices. Nice local market. Although it's not fancy, it is set up with a section for cooked food, one for produce, another for clothing and the last for meats. There were some musicians playing guitars when we visited and the overall atmosphere was nice. I went to buy some vegetables and found what I was looking for but one could easily get dinner as well.
