I was charged 300 THB for my entry ticket. It was a little expensive but it came with my own personal guide who explained everything I saw. So I felt it was worth it. The exhibits covered a wide range of subjects, from the history of the Peranakans to their food, clothes, jewelry, wedding, religion etc. The exhibits were also exquisite, especially the jewelry. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. After the tour in the museum, I had coffee in the cafe and checked out the shops. The coffee was pretty good, it's worth stopping by. As for the shops, I was impressed by the range of exquisitely embroidered and dyed clothes. But their prices were also high, much higher than Thalang Road.
