TLDR very concerning company behavior and lost money after asking to discontinue services

After communicating pleasantly on WhatsApp, I selected a therapist for 90 minutes. She arrived in about 45 minutes (okay) and did not look like her photo. However, she was wearing a lot of clothing so I couldn’t tell for sure. The service I selected was 2700 thb. She came to my room and Went into the bathroom. She called me in and told me to pay, which I was ready to do. I provided her 3000 (A little extra for good faith). It was clear she was not the same person, or possibly the same person 15 years older with multiple tattoos and scars not in photo, plastic surgeries to the point of looking like a different person.I went back into my room and looked at the photos I had seen earlier and was convinced that it was not her. However, I decided to proceed. We showered and then I Calmly shared my concerns that she wasn’t the therapist in the photos. She insisted she was, and hurriedly told me to lie down for the massage.she began a standard massage. I became increasingly uncomfortable, and after about 10 minutes of the massage (about 20 minutes after her arrival) I told her that I wished to stop, and that I would offer her ฿1000 for her time. She told me it was too late and she went into the bathroom, Came out, gave me 1000 baht, And walked out of my room, ignoring further polite and respectful protests of mine. She left having been paid 2000 thb for a 10 to 20 minute standard oil massage outcall under deceptive marketing. The massage operator reached out to me over text and asked me what happened. I respectfully explained how I felt that I was deceived, but I was willing to still give her some money for her time. The operator told me that it was my fault for agreeing to start the massage. They refused to instruct the therapist to come back and give me any more of my money back. They ended the conversation before any resolution occurred, and blamed me several times for my misfortune because I agreed to start the massage.

After I made an inquiry to this agency, 16 different ladies with photos and descriptions were sent to me via LINE within a few minutes. I told the agency employee my detailed wishes and asked him for his recommendation. I then booked this lady. The lady showed up punctually at the booked time. It was a really nice meeting and we had a lot of fun. The lady far exceeded my expectations. She also didn't look at the clock and put her cell phone on silent. I can recommend everyone to always describe their wishes to the employees. The employees of such agencies know the ladies and their characters best. I can fully recommend...

Honest review: Save yourself, your time and your money please. I went for the offer of 2400baht, they called outcall but still charged me 500baht transport. It's not over, overall she did less than 30min and she starts packing to go home. I should have cancelled since the start cuz she was giving negative vibes and she was not good looking, but I wanted to give her a chance and I was stupid.
