Nang Kham Beach is a quiet and unspoiled beach in Chumphon province, southern Thailand, perfect for travelers who want to experience a slower pace of life and natural beauty. The beach is long and sandy, framed by coconut palms and casuarina trees that provide plenty of shade and a true tropical atmosphere. The sea here is calm and shallow, making it ideal for swimming, walking along the shore, or simply cooling off during the heat of the day.
What makes Nang Kham Beach special is its peaceful character. Unlike Thailand’s famous resort beaches, Nang Kham remains almost untouched by mass tourism. It’s common to find the beach nearly empty, with only the sound of waves and the sight of fishing boats resting on the sand. The local community still depends on fishing, and colorful wooden boats give the area a traditional charm. Watching fishermen go about their daily routines adds authenticity and makes the experience more memorable.
Facilities are simple and local. You’ll find a few small family-run restaurants and stalls serving fresh seafood at very affordable prices, offering an excellent chance to enjoy southern Thai flavors right by the water. There are no big hotels or nightlife here, which helps preserve the quiet atmosphere.
Sunrise and sunset are especially beautiful at Nang Kham Beach. In the morning, soft pastel tones light up the horizon, while in the evening, golden colors reflect across the calm water.
Overall, Nang Kham Beach is a hidden treasure—authentic, tranquil, and perfect for those seeking to unwind and connect with Thailand’s natural...

There are two places to eat in the village but nowhere you'd want to sit and have a beer.
I like that it is off the beaten path, I didn't see any other white people there and no one speaks English. Just nothing much at all to do. Has...
