📍 : Torium Snowpark ❄️☃️🏂🇹🇷 Istanbul Snow Park is located in Esenyurt District, just right in the Torium Shopping Center. It is said to be the first Snowpark built in Turkey. 🇹🇷
For 350 lira an hour to enjoy riding slides and most of the snow related activities and an extra 75 lira extra to ride bikes . The temperature is -02 in celcius and it is advisabe to wear long pants before coming. They provide you with hand gloves, boots, snow jacket, and helmet of all sizes at the entrance of the snowpark. There is no separate cost to use these costumes and entrance fee will suffice.
It's such a beautiful place for snow lovers or basically people like me who want to experience snow for the first time .
There are nice ski tracks, basketball hoops, sled tracks, and slides. It was a beautiful scenery and quite enjoyable. The highlight for me was meeting Iman and her two brothers from Ethiopia.... Iman is so warm and so kind, she took most of my pictures 📸🤳. 🙂
Employees customer service overall is quite poor. they were more about the money than customer satisfaction, guides do not assist in any way either by the slides or with pictures; they give completely arrogant answers and do not know how to speak English.
The best way to reach the snow park (thorium shopping centre) will be to use the Metrobus (Metrobüs), with Haramidere Sanayi station being the closest station to the shopping centre then use a cab to complet the journey . Address: Turgut Özal Mh. 68. Thorium Shopping Center Sok. Torium AVM No:50, 34510
The park can be visited even in summer and hot weather.

Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience at the snow park in Istanbul. There was no price list posted anywhere, so I had no idea what the prices were until I got to the front desk. I was shocked to find out that the price for tourists was 800 TL, while the price for citizens was very cheep. This is clearly price gouging, and it is very unfair to tourists.
Overall, I would not recommend the snow park in Istanbul to anyone. It is overpriced, and the staff are not helpful to provide you with the price list. I would much rather go to a different snow park that is more affordable and has better customer service.
Here are some suggestions for how the snow park can improve:
Post a price list so that tourists know what to expect. Charge the same price for everyone, regardless of citizenship. Hire more staff and train them to be more friendly and helpful. I hope that the snow park will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes. Until then, I will be avoiding this tourist trap.
a tip for tourists, ask some citizens to buy the ticket for you in exchange of TL100 it would be...

The main problem is they wanted to charge every member of my family with 400 Turkish Lira overall they wanted 3000 Turkish Lira although the whole family ticket is 450-475 Turkish Lira. There were 3 persons on the front desk 2 of them confirmed the extremely high prices (400 Try/Person) and when we checked the internet and called to make sure and after coming back another employer confirmed the internet/normal prices and one of the 2 who demanded high prices were in shock and didn't know what to say when we opened their prices on internet. Short story: A family ticket costs 450-475 Turkish lira and...
