Boris Hotel — Hotel in Esenyurt

I booked this hotel from 10th October to 13th October 2022. The room number was 228, 2nd floor.

My new perfume box was stolen from the room while am out for training ..It's expensive and wd lots off feeling for my family I brought 10perfume box yesterday night and morning they shift my room to 217 today morning when bellboy shifting my baggage I saw in my bag there is 10 box then I was getting late for my exam I told him to shift my all bags and I went with out taking my room key after evening I came back to my room and started to do packing bcz tomorrow morning have to check out so knw when am packing I saw only 9 box then I called reception that guy said Knw no body is there to ask u come morning at reception and speak .. means if anything problem happen to guest we have to wait till next day really ? This is not costumber service it's stuff stole they have to take quick action but no one bothered .. after almost 1hr I was waited that any responsible person will call and ask to me that exact what happen ..after waiting nobdy bothered to call me then again I called reception and I ask that I didnt get any response am going to post Goole reviev abt this issue he said no problem u can post it's such normal thing it happen the way he spoke to me it means it's not new for them ...? want to tell u this is not normal thing the way ignoring reception...I felt It means they not

enquring no conser abt stolen stuff ...if there is any other issue I would aVoid but stolen it's not good knw only my perfume box stole ...otheres which expensive stuff it happen so just want to alert the management and owner .. End of the day ...I lost my perfume and there was no help from the hotel..

Am very disappointed with the way It happen and this definitely not the standards...

Had very bad experience with this hotel !The rooms though big not cleaned well and the carpets OMG full of dust you could smell as you enter the room ! The staff are very unfriendly and rude. They don't provide tea-coffee mini bar and when asked they asked us to pay 100 Lira which was very odd. They don't provide proper shampoo or soap just some wall mount body wash liquid that's it. The restaurant staff are horrible and uncooperative, specially the old bald man whom I didn't understand what is his role there. I felt very uncomfortable with him roaming around while I have my breakfast daily!! The food was %100 same daily no change even in eggs cooking style !! It is very visible that the hotel management is trying to save cost but apparently this is starting to affect the...

I had a booking on the 14/06/2022 we booked on the phone and when We are arrived about 2AM they said there is nothing been booked under your name and they said no rooms are available now they are absolutely lies and very careless absolutely wasted my time I had to 500 Turkish money from airport to hotel I was shocked cos I had 2 kids with me and it had look for another hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning I would never recommend to anyone at all just be careful cos Turkey is not like UK believe guys don’t believe them...
