I am a tourguide and together with 28 people in my group, we stayed at Termal Ece from 5th to 7th of October 2019.||I booked this hotel for my group because I wanted them to have a great time in Pamukkale and to enjoy the Turkish hospitality. But what we got was completely the opposite and truly disappointing.||So in the last night of our stay, while my people were sitting beside the pool, enjoying the peaceful night, drinking and sharing laughter, the super drunk owner of the hotel came and started to shout at us, asking us to buy drinks from him. Although we were completely shocked, we stayed calm and looked at the menu (the recreceptionist already knew we were at the yard and he even played music for us and my friends ordered shisha from him. Super friendly guy) ||Anyways shortly after, the owner took the glasses by force from my friends and threw their food on the ground. ||I asked him to calm down and asked my people to go to their rooms. Then he pushed me away and went to our room by force.||Long story short we had to call the police because there didn't seem to be an end to that nightmare. I speak Turkish and could completely understand that he was swearing at us, our families, our mothers and sisters!||He even took the blanket from me while I was shivering of cold. ||After coming back from the police, I checked my emails and understood that he had cancelled our stay so that we wouldn't be able to write a review for him. ||Eversince i have followed this with booking customer service and after prooving our stay, now I'm able to write this. ||Finally the police took him for alcohol test and thanks to them nothing bad happened, well except for the enormous disrespect to me and my group who are all honorable, educated and respectful.||I'm writing a review to tell you that property and the staff are amazing but the owner... I for sure will not risk the life of my clients to take them there anymore. ||I don't even know if it's fair to call him the manager/owner because we did not feel safe at all. He was drinking the whole night and it was just like a...

Read moreOn 5th of October me and my friends who were traveling as a group, stayed at Pamukkale Termal Ece Hotel for two nights.||The first night was nice but on the second night the drunk manager of the hotel came to us and started to shout and swear at us. He wanted us to buy drinks from his restaurant and we accepted immediately. Although we had checked everything with the reciption and they had told us that it's fine to have a gathering and drink at the yard. I even ordered Shisha from the reception and they played the music for us. If there was anything wrong, they should have told us. ||Anyway, right after we wanted to order the drink from the hotel, the owner started to take our glasses by force, and throw our food on the floor. He pushed away my friend which was dangerous because she was standing next to the pool and could get hurt. ||The manager then came to our rooms by force. How can we call someone who's dangerous a manager anyway? ||He was drinking alcohol the whole night and since we did not feel safe at all, we called the police and they took him for alcohol test. ||All I wanna say is that we did not feel safe at this hotel at all. He even didn't respect the ladies in our group as it's expected from a gentleman!||Now that I look back, it seems just like a horror movie to me. ||I would never recommend anyone to stay...
