Cevahir Aqua Heybeliada — Attraction in Prince Islands

Please do not go here unless you speak Turkish. They told me my card was declined and took payment from me 3 times. I advised them that the one child with me would be using the slides not me and the lady at the counter who spoke little English told me she only needs to charge for the child. They then demanded 700TL for me to go in which I was going to pay. However my bank had blocked my card because of them stealing from me.

The worker could see I was annoyed with having no internet and not knowing why my card was blocked. I told her I need a few minutes to get this sorted but my 12 year old child has now paid so he should be able to go in alone and enjoy the park. My child goes in and 2 minutes later she brings him out and advised that “I am very bad and I need to leave the park”. None of the workers spoke English and she spoke very little but kept saying she understood the situation when she did not. I got part of the cash back for the child ticket but they’ve taken more from me which they gave in cash but then the worker dragged me and took the cash back. Never ever again! Minuses: Very expensive -Bad organisation Unfriendly stuff no place with fresh water Only 4 showers worked (from 16)! huge lines to slides and to get an air mattress

Pluses: Clean beach (at least you did one job!) Amazing location and view.

We were there with friends. When we came, we needed to organise everything for us on our own: find a shadow place, move deck chairs, and even install umbrellas! After a long queue to the restaurant, we needed to find a sitting place for us on our own, again we moved tables and an umbrella. There is no opportunity to buy fresh water except to stay in that restaurant queue again. We asked a waiter 3 times, and he just ignored us. No fridges with drinks,no vending machines, even the kiosk is selling cocktails only. Very bad organisation with the slides. Not enough air mattresses for everyone. And the shower is a real disaster. No privacy, no water in most of the "cabines" and of course cold water only.

So it's like a dystopia of communism- nothing works, a lot of queues and it's very expensive. I don't recommend...

I took a day off to enjoy my time with my kids at this aqua park, yet it was very late when I knew I am at the wrong place!!! There is only one small tiny pool for kids where parents are not allowed to join their kids in the water, not even sit at the edge of the pool to splash with their own kids!!! We went to the slides part of the park, which is the main reason my kids wanted to visit this aqua park, and we were shocked that kids are not allowed to enter the slides, even with their parents!!! (Knowing that my kids are 7 & 9 years old and are very good swimmers). There is No sign of any age regulations or restrictions, we waited our turn in the long line till the guy at the stair’s entrance looked at my kid and he decided that kids are not allowed!!! Management should look into this issue seriously. Who wants to spend summer time on a beach separated from his own kids?!! Parents want to enjoy these moments with their kids, and vice versa. You spend 2 hours to reach this place with the ferry and then you are stuck and your day is ruined!!! Very bad place...
