We have visited a place twice while on break in Istanbul. Ferry from Istanbul to Heybeliada 80trl and then you can have a free boat to transfer to park, however we chosen riksa for 200trl .. only 5 min ride but great fun. On arrival there was a queue,,, however staff seen a cash in my hands let me go forward.... card payment would take 10 min I guess. 700 and 350 for my son is reasonably priced. Plenty of beds with umbrella, waiting time for best rides only few minutes, and swimming in the sea was brilliant , with lots of places you can dive in .... was a highlight for my son.... Restaurant food was tasty and 280 trl for burger and fries was cheep . There is always some staff, who can speak a little English, however everyone was very friendly and helpful..... apart from the moment I asked to put milk in turkish coffee 😀😀🤣🤣.... guy refuse that and said do it your self...LOL. Overall great experience in mid July, and after reading lots of negative reviews, If you are in istanbul.... definitely worth to visit....

Getting to the location: Upon arrival to Heybeli Ada, there is a person asking if you are here for cevahir. Boat parks next to Mavi Marmara. It’s literally 10 seconds walk. The boat is free. You can walk, its about a 1 km walk or 15 minutes Other option is apparently taxi, which is 50 TL per person. At the location: Once you get to the location, there is a thorough bag inspection to avoid bringing food from outside. After the inspection, you need to wait for a line to pay. Cash line is the fastest. Credit cards are accepted. The restaurant is very expensive. The slides are fun. If you have kids, the situation is as follows: Kids are not allowed in the adults pool Adults are not allowed in the kids pool Its a challenging situation. Lunch break: There is lunch break at the location. Between 12 or 12:30 until 1:30. Aqua park is not working 👎👎 You can swim in the sea if you like. They are trying to sell food all the time, but when it comes to cleaning it, they are not trying as much. Bathrooms are really clean ✅

Well I can say it is not a bad place at all, entry fee is 700 TL which for a plaj and aqua park together is an amazing price. However, thid place needs a way better management team to improve its service. Every where there is a long line from entrance to payment to food. And for the restaurant, basically you have to stand 3 lines: one to submit your order, then to deliver the submitted order i.e. reciept to the chef team and last to collect it from the chef team and if you have drinks with your food, then you gotta collect it from another staff. Also washrooms are not cleaned through the day, no toilet paper, and sometimes no soap. The water in showers are freezing cold. But all in all, it is a fun place, I wish they can have a better management team to fix these issues. Unfortunately this year, drinking even beer is banned there which is really lame. I have been coming here for more than 2 years so I wish they can bring it back

Bodrum da gibi hissettiriyor, mutluluk verici🥰 Adaya inince tekne ile 10 dakika da ulaşım sağlıyorsunuz.Tekne ücretsiz hizmet veriyor. Giriş ücretleri:Yetişkin kişi başı 200 TL,7-12 yaş çocuklar icin 100 TL, 6 yaşa kadar bebek ve çocuklar ücretsiz. İçeri girince üst araması yapılıyor . Burda ki amaç kesici delici alet varsa içeri alınmıyor. Damsız alınmıyor, aileye uygun nezih bir işletme. İçeriye dışarıdan yiyecek içecek alınmıyor. Restaurant var,fiyatları dışarısı ile aynı 👌Menüyü fotoğraflara ekledim bakarsınız. Plajı kumlu ve kocaman 👌Günlük 2000 misafiri ağırlayabilecek kapasitesi mevcut 👌Duş alanları,tuvaleti temiz👌Ani yaralanma kaza vs.durumları için reviri mevcut👌Doktor ve hemşire revir de ilgileniyorlar. Mescidi vardı ilgimi çekti. Aqua Park bölümüne geçelim o halde. Çocuklar ve yetişkinler için 2 bölümden oluşuyor.Macera severler bayilacaktır🥰 Şunu belirtmek istiyorum özellikle aqua Park bölümünde bulunan havuzlar yüzmek için değil.Kaydıraklardan kayınca havuza düşüyorsunuz ve hızlıca havuzdan çıkıyorsunuz.Bekleme yapılmaya izin verilmiyor Ani yaralanma ve kazaların önüne geçebilmek için. Güvenlik ve personel olarak oldukça iyiler👌Bebişler aqua da cok eğlendi.2,5 yaşında ki oğluma kolluk taktım, kaydıraktan kayınca havuzda su yutmasını ve korumasını engellemek için. Büyük oğlum 5 yaşında kolluksuz delice eğlendi.Sabah 09:00 ile 18:00 arası aqua kullanılabiliyor. Plajı 19:00 kadar kullanılabiliyor. Son olarak telefon ve özel eşyalarınız için kilitli dolapları kullanabiliyorsunuz.Kimliginizi teslim edip ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz.Kısacası içeride sürpriz ödemeler ile karsilaşmıyorsunuz. Unutmadan eklemek istiyorum ,güneş kremi tarzı lazım olacak ürünler içeride de satılıyor, olur da unutursanız aklınız da olsun.Umarım işinize yarar bilgiler verebilmişimdir🥰

I'm so glad that there is a place like this in this city with polite staff and so perfect in all the ways you could imagine! They have high quality food in Their restaurant with normal prices (hard to find these days).They also serve beer. It's good for families to have fun , friends to hang out and couples to chill (even on weekends!). And I think combining a water park and a beach was a brilliant idea.. I Wish there were a discount for students but when you pay for your ticket you don't have to pay for anything else inside(except food and drinks).

Чудесный аквапарк на островах! Один из самых бюджетных и классных аквапарков в окрестностях Стамбула. Песчаный пляж, шезлонги, горки для взрослых и детей, а также детская зона с бассейном и горками для малышей (3-4+) Как добраться? Можно приплыть на главный причал острова Heybeliada и оттуда же поплыть в аквапарк на бесплатном кораблике, который огибает остров и приплывает прямо на причал аквапарка — ищите кораблик с надписью CEVAHIR. А еще можно пройти пешком прямо по острову! Мы обычно обратно идем пешком. Там очень красивая дорога. Кстати, есть еще тук-туки по острову) для тех, кто очень устал. Что есть в аквапарке? Зона с большими горками Зона для малышей (где то 3-4+) Пляж песчаный с шезлонгами (входит в стоимость билета) Дно в море также песочек, спуск пологий (идеально для малышей) Ресторан (можно заказывать еду прямо на пляже) Идеально к посещению в будние дни. Лучше приезжать как можно раньше. В целом впечатления только положительные Цена лучше, чем в других местах (учитывая возрастные диапазоны для детей): Детки до 6 (на сегодняшний день) заходят бесплатно Взрослые детки 7-12 лет за пол цены 350 tl Взрослые 700 tl Обязательно к посещению с детьми)) и без детей))
