I visited the Sharjah Desert Park after 8 years, and I'm pleasantly surprised with the development and the addition of the services + activities over here. The entry ticket is still the same even after so many years, and I found lot many visitors here than before. Sharjah Tourism doesn't advertise these kinds of tourist attractions, and still, very few people know about it. You can easily spend 4-6 hrs here looking all the museums leisurely and there's lot of greenery and children's farm and play area that would keep the children entertained. Many of the families were also having lunch in the green areas, which is a nice experience.

Ticket price: AED 20 + VAT for Adults Free for children below 12.

Timings: 9am - 6:30pm (Wed to Mon) Closed...

Islamic Botanical Garden is a serene oasis that beautifully blends faith, nature and education. The Garden showcases plant species mentioned in the Holy Quran. My visit would not be that much unforgettable and enriching if it was not for Ms.Latifa, whom I had pleasure to meet and who genuinely explained significance of every plant but moreover, she bewildered me with her charm of storytelling and explaining the benefits of herbs.Thank you sincerely Ms. Latifa for making my visit so special by your warm welcoming. I am planning to visit...

Amazing place to explore along with kids 😀 not only the botanical garden, the museum also thrilling and gives a chance to look into the prehistoric creatures and dinosaurs 🦕 era. You don't expect to see an original dinosaurs thigh bone which lived 65 million years ago, will be amazed 😉

Very nice! Many types of plants & different kinds of flowers planted. Audio & visual explanation about plants & fruits mentioned in the Holy Qur'an is excellent. Visiting here is worthy. Garden and trees surrounding building is nicely maintained.
