Absolutely terrible experience. I booked this property through Booking.com under the name ‘Ocean View Luxury Suites,’ expecting the quality and professionalism promised. However, upon arriving after a long drive from Oman with my family, no one was there to assist us. After multiple attempts to contact someone, I was told that my confirmed booking did not exist. To make matters worse, the property’s actual name is ‘Ajman Corniche Residences,’ which was never mentioned during the booking process—completely misleading and dishonest.
This ordeal left my family and me stranded, forcing us to book another hotel at the last minute, which ended up costing six times more than the original reservation. This experience caused immense frustration, stress, and unnecessary expenses.
I strongly believe this was a case of fraud or deliberate misrepresentation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...

The view sea or the other views were great and the towers have all the required shopping places underneath them. The only reason behind my 4 start review is that the towers management or the maintenance company need to find a solution for the high water pressure. The hot water heater's tanks leaking, some of them explode. The head of the hose was pulled out of its place and the water filled the apartment because everyone was sleeping at night and they did not notice him until after a few minutes, but it was too late. This problem should be addressed seriously in all Towers especially since it is still new. Except that, everything was great. Many thanks for our family for that...

وكاله بدون بواب ، ينقصها الادارة ، ينقصها الصيانه ، ينقصها النظافه كيف يكون لاي شخص الرغبه في بيع عقار وحتى لا يهتم بنظافه الموقع ولا حتى نظافه الشقق وبدا بعض السكان بتغير معلم ومظهر العمارة العام يحث قام بعضهم بتركيب ابواب الامنيوم على البلكونات وبعضهم قاموا بتركيب مظلات وبعضهم قاموا بتركيب وحدات تكيف سبليت في البلكونات واخبرت بان وضع الملابس على البلكونات ممنوع ولاكنها ممنوع فقط على العقد فهي منشرة وبكثرة في الابراج مسجد الرطوبه والدهان مقشر من الجداران وعلما ان عمر العقار فقط سنتين اجذيه وشباشب متروكه امام ابواب الشقق علما انه مخالف للنظام اخير نظام بدون اتباع وعمائر دون ادراة ومتابعه علما انها مازالت في مرحلة البيع فما بالك بعد البيع من سوف يهتم بالعمائر فقط رجل امن على كل برج لا يوجد ادارة في الموقع او حتى مشرف والصيانه...
