Food always comes late, not hot, below expectations.

Service is below expectations, when we had an issue with the food they argue and takes a lot of time to fix, last time we requested to change the plate because it came late and the plate should be from hot dishes, it came cold, and not fresh, so we requested to change, we waited for around one hour and they didn't change it at the end. They wait till all your table order gets ready then they bring it, which is unreasonable, in professional places as soon as any plate gets ready they send it, but in this restaurant they don't.

Place is big and beautiful view, however not recommended to order anything there. Just sit. And if you don't like the sigartes and shisha smell then don't go, they don't have non-smoking area, you can find shisha in all sections.

We tried this restaurants many times and in each time the food and service very below expectations.

If you like the view you can eat in Sultan Saray in the ground floor, it is very good food and service, and had marvelous...

For me it’s the worst experience I have ever had, the service was very poor and slow, I had to call them many times, they are not coming to check on me if need anything, but this could be acceptable if everything else was good, they have told us that it’s an buffet but we will get served on the table as fixed menu, it’s 45 Aed for one person, we said ok, once the food comes, it’s only 2 eggs for the two of us, the portion was for one for each plate not for two, there was only the foul and fatta which had plate for each, other than this it was shared and it’s not enough, this breakfast could be served for one, I’m wondering if I’m alone it would be the same but without the extra foul and Fatta, the 2 eggs only wasn’t enough, we didn’t eats well. We went for iftar these Friday. Upon the reservation the lady informed us about the price but did not mentioned that that is without the tax. Than we have been charged for water. Once the buffet opened we have did not take a lot of food because I thought after I finish my 4 samosa and 2 kibbe I will take after the other warm food however after 20 min there where no good any more so basicly I have paid 95 aed just for nothing. All the buffet looked empty...even the juices I could not take because it's already finished....it's a really unfair price ...the food was tasty but I could not take the warm food basicly I took just samosa 4 pieces 2 kibbe.
