I have a case in my flat and i struggle to get information in sharjah municipality regarding to my request in the judge, i pay three times but the request letter is wrong, and i didn't understand also what written in the letter because is arabic, and i wait 20 days i didn't received any message from the court, i decide to call a costumer service and Ms, Shahad she's the one who assist me, i explain to her what i need to request to the judge, and she help me, she didn't hesitate to message me even shes out of duty already, she told me to come to her office 24 and she explain to me step by step what im going to do and what is the procedure, she call her colleagues in the other office to assist me in my documents, she didn't let me down until i didn't get my request letter to submit to the judge, i really appreciate madame what you done to me, i keep it this as a treasure, I wish you will continue to keep helping costumer like me as a expat who didn't understand and read a arabic letter,
