I went with my 3 year old daughter & im extremely disappointed in the experience since the playing areas are actually so nice and kids enjoy them. While the place is nice, there was no concern for safety from the two staff standing where the steep red slide is. When the safety is compromised, I would never trust to bring my kids again.
The red slide: First, in the red extremely steep slide the guy giving the instruction was standing at the bottom yelling out instructions that most the kids were ignoring. I told him that this method was extremely ineffective and he needed to sit at the top of the slide to make sure kids were in the right position before sliding to avoid injuries. He told me this was their company policy. When it was my daughter’s turn to slide, she got scared and chose not to slide since it is very steep so she stood up to walk away and the area had 4 kids that wanted to slide. If she so much as tripped or was pushed she was going to fall and break her neck. I have to stress again how steep the slide is, that if a kid fell from the top they would hit the bottom unlike other normal slides where if they happen to fall they would be hurt but the slope of the slide would break their fall. There was zero organization whatsoever where it comes to kids sliding from this area. I have nothing against steep slides, but safety measures have to be in place. It is easily accessible even to kids that are shorter than the requirement. The staff guy standing at the bottom cannot prevent anything from happening since he cannot control anything standing away from the slide.
The donut slide: The lady standing there might as well not have been there at all, she offered no instructions did not help the kids. My 3 year old daughter was pulling the donut not meant for her size that is waaaay too heavy for her when I noticed, I told her to let it go since she was struggling and to get the smaller donut. I came down from the top to get the big donut out of the way, the kids were tripping over it where they wanted to pass and the lady was just standing there doing nothing. When I reached down, I asked her why she didn’t remove an obstacle from the way since kids were struggling she proceeded to tell me “oh it’s your kid who put it on the way!” I asked her then what’s your job if not to help the kids. She said she was just there to give instructions, mind you we already went on the slide twice by then and she didn’t even acknowledge us. So I told her kids were struggling on top of the slide and couldn’t get there donut on the slide, she should go there where she could be useful and actually help kids instead of just standing at the bottom without offering instructions.
I will be honest to say that the two guys in the black trampoline were actually helpful and even told a couple of kids they were not allowed to go on the high border since it was dangerous.
I honestly don’t know if it was lack of training of the staff could not have cared less, so they just kept saying this is policy. I have been to numerous play areas where safety was the most important thing and staff where always on top of the slides to make sure everything was organized and according to procedure when kids go down. Also, some kids might irritate each other and push each other this cannot be prevented if no one is monitoring from somewhere they can control.
The funniest and sweetest thing was the fact that a 7 year old girl came immediately to me and told me and my daughter I can teach you how to sit on the donut safely. It’s funny that a kid cared more than adults who were paid to do their actual job.
Lastly, I think the staff inside the play area monitoring need better training and they seemed like could not care less about the kids and their safety concerns.
I will be honest, when I left and raised my concern to the manager, he was extremely understanding and told me that he will raise this to higher management. But I will not risk my daughter’s safety and would rather take her to the many play areas...
Read moreI just returned home after hosting my daughter's birthday party at Airmaniax Arabian Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Booking and Communication: The booking process was seamless and convenient. I was able to discuss the theme I wanted via WhatsApp, where I was promptly sent package options, prices, and payment instructions. What sets Airmaniax apart is its flexibility – unlike other venues that require full upfront payment, they only asked for a deposit for 8 children, allowing adjustments on the day for any last-minute cancellations (which I did have). This flexibility was such a relief and saved me unnecessary stress. Throughout the week, their team was incredibly responsive to my messages, and they made it easy to finalize the guest list and food choices right before the event.
The Day of the Party: From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nathan, our host for the day. I can’t praise Nathan enough – he was attentive, kind-hearted, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He guided us through the schedule, greeted our guests, helped the children with their socks, set up the goody bags, and even insisted that I relax with the other parents while he handled the details. His patience and proactive attitude made the day truly stress-free.
The kids had an amazing time, enjoying the trampolines, zip line, slushies, and popcorn. Nathan even took videos of the children playing, so I could sit back and enjoy the party without worrying about capturing moments myself.
Special Touches: We also met Muhaymin, the marketing manager, who kindly offered to take professional photos of the party using his SLR camera. The quality of his photos was phenomenal – so good, in fact, that I would happily hire him as a photographer for future events! He captured precious memories that we’ll treasure forever.
The decorations were stunning, with personalized touches like water bottles featuring my daughter’s name. When the cake arrived with a small imperfection (one of the character’s ears had been damaged), Nathan quickly arranged for it to be fixed by the café staff, who handled it beautifully. Every detail was taken care of with thoughtfulness and efficiency.
Venue and Amenities: The venue itself is a hidden gem – spacious, uncrowded, and perfect for a kids' party. The seating area for parents was comfortable, and the café was a nice touch, though I think the food options could be expanded slightly. Despite this, everything was delicious, and the overall experience more than made up for it.
Final Thoughts: Airmaniax Arabian Center truly exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special, and the venue was ideal for both kids and parents. A huge thank you to Nathan, Muhaymin, and the entire team for giving us memories to last a lifetime. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to host a fun,...
Read moreWe celebrated our son’s birthday here, and unfortunately it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Everything was poorly managed: • Only one staff member was handling the whole coffee shop, so everything was late. I even ended up serving coffee to my own guests. And the lady who is supposed to host the birthday was preparing the kids food. • We ordered two hot chocolates, but only one was served because they were out of chocolate. • Halfway through the party, they informed me there were no hotdogs for the kids’ meals, despite this being ordered a week in advance. • The food was inconsistent — some items were burned, others undercooked. The pizza was served on paper plates, and much of it ended up directly on the table. • The nuggets and French fries had a very strong bad oil taste, making them inedible for many kids. • There was no birthday song or music because they hadn’t prepared a speaker. Even no games or anything before singing the birthday song • The package we booked promised a branded t-shirt and party bag for the birthday boy, but neither was given. • When I raised my concerns, the manager simply said: “I don’t know where is the wrong thing.”
A birthday should be a joyful memory, but this turned out to be very disappointing and stressful for us and our guests. I would not recommend this venue for any...
