Hatta Lake — Attraction in Dubai

Nice place. Good options for different types of boating.

But it is shocking that there is no facility for washrooms/ toilets for gents or ladies. Hence it is suggested to use the toilets ( for gents and ladies) of the mosque opposite Hatta fruit and vegetable market located about 1.5 Km before the dam site.

Water is available at reasonable price of 2 AED for a small bottle.

Parking is extremely difficult during weekends. People are forced to block the lane to park which aggravates the problem. The popularity of this spot is increasing very fast and hence this problem will increase drastically unless a solution is worked out.

Because the direct road to Hatta from Dubai is blocked, people from Dubai have to use Maleha road which increases the journey time by almost 50%.
