Disappointing Experience – Needs Immediate Attention

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to the play area. I used to visit regularly in 2022 with my older son, and at that time, the place was reasonably clean, well-maintained, and the toys were regularly cleaned and replaced. However, during my visit yesterday with my three children, I was extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the play area, which no longer reflects the quality I once experienced.

Here are the key issues I encountered:

Poor Maintenance of Toys: The toys were scattered around the play area, and the kitchen set was broken with missing parts. It was clear that no staff was present to clean or organize the toys throughout the area. Unacceptable Cleanliness: There was a thick layer of dust everywhere, making it uncomfortable for both children and parents. Neglected Children's Pool: The children's pool, which was supposed to have water, looked neglected and dirty. It was brown in color, and it seems like it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in years. Considering the fact that the entry fee is 80 AED per hour, this experience is not acceptable. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues. Regular cleaning, proper disinfection, and the replacement of damaged toys are essential for the safety and enjoyment of children.

I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as it is no longer possible to bring children to this facility in its current state.

Unfortunately, this place is having lowest score review i ever seen, I am actually one of their first customer since their opening early last year and every-time i bring my kids (both over 5 years old) they don’t allow me to keep them alone to play and asking me to stay by their side, i can maybe understand because they are irresponsible and not able to take responsibility or maybe lack of self confidence, anyway i never had an issue in staying with my kids, however in the last two visits I decided to grab a cup of coffee from their shop and frankly speaking the espresso taste is terrible that i had to throw it, and so other flavors so i decided to give another chance maybe they might improve and in the next visit unfortunately had the same experience so i decided to bring my own coffee and the surprise was not letting me in with my coffee, while i explained to them that if your coffee was drinkable i will never order from outside however Nil understanding from their staff, very stubborn staff and when i called their manager he tried to ignore me! I had been to Playtorium few times for play as well as birthday parties, hence decided to go ahead with the booking for my kids special day. But was highly disappointed when during the payment, I was told that fazaa members are not getting discount. Whereas earlier twice( once on call and once in person) the staff confirmed the discount for the birthday package. They came in as highly recommended and so wanted to celebrate here but they are not trustworthy and backed out on their own words. I was called up later and told that yes that was a mistake from their end where they would compensate by the activity table which is just not making sense as that was something which I did not even want in the first place while making a booking. The management as well as the staff covered up the mistake of the staff and I was given up a cover up story. I am saved that I did not pay the booking advance and clarified the package price well before paying. Surely would not recommend you to go for this venue. Highly disappointed.
