My visit was significantly impacted by poor treatment and unprofessional behavior from staff, particularly at the Giant Swing.(which was the main attraction for my visit )
Key Issues: Racism and Sexism: Problem: Staff, particularly at the Giant Swing, exhibited discriminatory behavior, choosing who to assist based on ethnicity and appearance, despite guests waiting their turn.
Example: The assistant at the harness station delayed helping you and even ignored your request to adjust your cap, then rudely criticized you when you called him out for his behavior. Mismanagement: Problem: The attraction was overbooked, equipment was scarce, and staff were not attentive to managing the lines or the flow of guests. Example: People were cutting the line, and the staff member in charge of the harness was disengaged, failing to maintain order or ensure fair access to the ride. Unprofessionalism: Problem: Staff lacked professionalism in their interactions, including not being attentive or respectful to guests. Example: The rude and dismissive response from the harness assistant after you asked to adjust your hair. Poor Instruction for First-Timers (Archery): Problem: Staff at the Archery station were unable to properly guide beginners, especially children. Example: The personnel were less capable compared to staff at the JA Resort Hatta, who were more effective in explaining and instructing first-timers. Positive Staff and Good Service: Shout-out: A few staff members, including those at the Pump Track, Action Tower, Axe Throwing, and the final swing operator, were much more patient and professional. The receptionist "Naief" was also noted for doing a good job. Overall Assessment: Problems: Lack of personnel training, unhelpful assistance, issues with inclusion, and poor professionalism. Recommendation: Staff should undergo comprehensive training to improve their customer service, inclusivity, professionalism, and ability to handle first-time visitors and children. Better crowd management and fair treatment for all guests are also essential.
This adventure park clearly has several areas where improvements are needed, especially around staff training and guest interactions. Hope management takes note and makes necessary changes.

PROS:
This is a perfect getaway from your busy life if you wish to connect with your soul! I went on December 2024 which was the winner in the UAE. I booked a camping chalet (with lake view) for 1 night.
The chalet includes (BBQ Griller, Bon Fire Pit, Seating arrangement, 1 chair, Small table, 8 bottles of water, 1 bag of ice, 4 packets of chips, 4 complimentary black coffee or teas coupons from the Adventure Bus. I booked it online which cost me around AED 650 + 3% online payment fee.
I visited the place as a backpacker, so I didn’t pack any tent, blankets. I only had my clothes, Knit Hat, Long Scarf and Glove Set 😅. Luckily they provide tents if needed for a small price. The night view, the early morning sunrise are magnificent!
The next day activities opened by 10am, which I took the full day pass that cost AED 400 (with full day pass you can experience one activity twice).
The activities were great if you wish to experience an adrenaline rush. The safety nets were perfect. The staff were very friendly, helpful, supportive and motivational and most of all professionals in every activity!
So this was my experience at Fujairah Adventure Park!
CONS:
The only issue I had was the washroom. The toilet that was near my chalet had an issue with power. Although they tried fixing it in the night the power was down after few hours, and kept happening the same.
TIPS: Try to go in your own vehicle. Pack tents. Take a few extra snacks. Warm clothes during the winter season.
Enjoy the attached pictures and videos. And go make your own memories!! And most importantly make sure to keep the...
Read moreGreat experience! We booked one night during the eid holiday. I spoke and followed up with Osama, who was very helpful with everything. He kindly shared pictures with me and answered all requests. All the staff were actually very helpful and friendly, especially the security guys. We arrived at 1.30 pm on Saturday and went directly to our camp without waiting. They have a car, a small shuttle which will bring your stuff to your camp, an amazing idea! We were very impressed with how the camping area looked. Honestly you don't miss anything there. The coffee shop offers you a selection of warm and cold drinks, snacks, and small bites. You have the main bathroom with one shower and toilets next to the coffee shop. Another two toilets are between camps. During the day super clean with toilet paper and tissue paper provided. Only the problem was not water in the toilets the next morning. You also have water connection under your camp for washing your hands or some dishes. Camp is very cozy and comfortable. Two of us managed to sleep on the sofa/banges. The camp is not big enough for 8 people if you want to use tents during the night. It will not fit. Maximum two bigger tents, or 3 small tents can be ok. We were excited to go kayaking on Sunday morning before check out but it was getting too hot to wait until they opened. Not even sure what time they were opening but it would be nice to operate a kayaking area earlier as people are already up around 8-9 am. But otherwise we really enjoyed our time and hope to see you soon...
