I loved absolutely everything—the way the hotel looks, its location, the interaction with the staff, the reception, and of course, our room. Everything was just as perfect as it could be.

We stayed with our daughter and our dog, and we absolutely loved the room. The design, the atmosphere—it was far more beautiful than in many well-known hotels. The floor was carpeted, and I usually dislike carpets because they immediately make my nose stuffy. But here, the carpet was spotlessly clean, incredibly soft, and the same color as the bed linen. It felt like a seamless extension of the bed itself. For the first time in my life, I actually liked a carpet in a hotel. I don’t know how they clean it, but it was simply magical.

And the fact that the hotel allows dogs is just incredible because we never travel without ours. It’s so important for a hotel to be dog-friendly. The staff were so kind, not the slightest bit toxic, and they welcomed my dog with such warmth. Not once did we receive a negative remark—everything was just wonderful.

They even helped me park my car. The whole experience felt like being in a big, welcoming family. I’m beyond grateful for the two days and one night we spent at this hotel.

We went on a hike, visited a wild beach for a swim in the ocean, and had the most amazing meals. The hotel has Al Barari, an Arabic restaurant, where we dined. The prices were significantly lower than in Abu Dhabi, yet the food was unbelievably delicious. It’s an Indian-Arabic restaurant, and everything looked stunning—five-star presentation, truly.

And the breakfast they brought to our room! Since dogs weren’t allowed in the restaurant, we asked for room service, and that breakfast was beyond words. It was the perfect breakfast—exactly how I imagine an ideal...

I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, and while there were many aspects we enjoyed, I also encountered some disappointing experiences that I’d like to share.Starting with the positives, I must say that the facilities at your hotel are impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to our stay. We especially appreciated the variety and quality of the services available, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.However, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the pool experience, specifically regarding the behavior of the LIFEGUARD on duty. The OLDER GENTLEMEN working there seemed unprofessional and rude in his interactions with guests, which made the atmosphere at the pool quite uncomfortable. His lack of attentiveness and poor attitude were disappointing, especially in an environment where safety and customer service should be prioritized. This experience left a negative impression on us despite the otherwise good qualities of the hotel.While there were many positives to our stay, the incident at the pool has made us hesitant about returning. We value good customer service and would need reassurance that such issues have been addressed before considering another visit. Always friendly, efficient, and ready to assist with a smile, they ensured every interaction was seamless and welcoming.

A huge thank you to Nethu from housekeeping, whose attention to detail kept my room in immaculate condition. Returning to a fresh, perfectly arranged space every day was such a pleasure.

Dining at Al Barari was an absolute delight! Ahmad, Jane, Amat, and Chef Mahmoud worked together flawlessly to create a wonderful dining experience. From the impeccable service to the perfectly crafted dishes, every meal was a highlight. Their passion and dedication to excellence truly stood out.
