It certainly feels like you're 600 meters over sea level. The rest house encompasses a brilliant see and is truly peaceful (when it's not crowded).
They moreover have a little kids' play zone with few rides.
Separated from that they have a mosque and an eatery on best (which is truly overpriced). The service of this restaurant is very poor, with destitute communication between the staff, and generally poor administration, All Filipino staff don't know how to behave with customers they are making fun of customers, and serving food was exceptionally awful they don't know how to make basic tea.
The street to reach the top is truly well built and they have adequate stopping spots accessible at the top. In terms of entry expense (it is more of a stopping charge), they charge you based on the time you've got went through. Your time would begin as before long as you enter through the obstruction entryway. The weekday charges are lower compared to the end of the week charges. Indeed the surge is less on weekdays when compared to the end of the week. It'll generally take you 5 to 10 minutes to reach the best and would take the same amount of time to reach the exit from the top. If you spend around AED 50 or more at the restaurant you'll get a free stopping for 2 hours (or your stopping charge for 2 hours will be deferred off). Make sure you carry the restaurant bill, you would need to display it at the exit point.
Overall Al Suhub Rest Area is a must-visit place (everyone should at least visit it once). The view from the top and the drive to reach Al Suhub Rest Area is really enjoyable. Would recommend it...

We visited this place this week, and it was an amazing experience. Located at the top of Jebel Al Hawami, around 130 km from Dubai (a 1.5-hour drive), this spot offers breathtaking views of Khorfakkan city, the sea, and the surrounding mountains.
The FEN Restaurant, situated at the top, provides a variety of snacks and hot & cold beverages. The restaurant is very clean and beautifully designed, with glass walls that make the dining experience even more special as you enjoy the incredible panoramic view. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but outdoor tables are limited and usually hard to get due to the high demand.
What We Loved ✅ Spectacular mountain & sea views – perfect for photography! ✅ Small play area for children ✅ Dedicated walking area for taking pictures of the scenic surroundings ✅ A small green area behind the restaurant – great for photos with the restaurant as a backdrop ✅ Well-maintained, clean washrooms in the basement ✅ Separate prayer areas (Masjid) for men and women ✅ Breathtaking sunset views from the parking area
Important Things to Know 🔹 Parking is expensive at 60 AED per hour, but if you spend 50 AED or more at the restaurant, you get 2 hours of free parking. 🔹 The outdoor seating is limited, so arriving early might help secure a spot.
Although we only ordered cold beverages, the menu offers a wide variety of food options. The overall ambiance, stunning views, and peaceful setting make this an excellent place to relax and enjoy quality time with family.
Highly recommended for a scenic...
