Telpyn is a beautiful, expansive beach perfect for long relaxing walks. Approximately 30-40 minutes from one edge to the other. When the tide is out the beach is huge with plenty of space to separate yourself. There's plenty of free parking.
We visited on a Friday @ 5pm mid March when the sun was just starting to set and were gifted with the beautiful view of the coast.
There weren't many people there during our visit. Just the odd few couples and dogs. There's a caravan park nearby so I expect it does pick up in the summer months.

Views to Amroth Saundersfoot Tenby and Caldey Island to the south west. And Cefn Sidan and Wormshead to the south east. Sea fishing an option. Sand and rocks at low tide. Only pebbles when...

My only criticism is that it was hard to get down onto the beach as the stairs are steep and these generally lead to high walls, where we got in anyway. As I was with my elderly mother this was an issue, but we eventually got her down to the beach. We hoped to leave her behind but then found an easier place to get back up further along. Access and be difficult for the mobility impaired but not impossible (much to...
