The only reason I have awarded this place 2 stars is due to the fact that the slopes we're such good fun and the staff the especially the young boys that helped alittle girl in our party overcome her nervousness of going down the children's slope. The party aspect of this place is awful you are left to your own devices as are not told this or asked upon entry how you would like certain things like the cake to be brought out which for us after waiting over 20 minutes after the children had eaten there meals which were unfourtantly also not served with sauces and only 5 napkins for a party of 10 given we then having a very long wait for any ice cream or indeed busting to serve the cake due to the children starting to get very fed up!, once we ourselves had gone to search for first of all the napkins and sauces then the cake! It was brought to our cabin still boxed in the bag it was given to them and no knife to cut which was also another wait!. I have never been to a kids party that does this and if this was in there policy which on asking it as not it's all guess work how you would like your child's party run this is not acceptable!, Still the cherry on top of all this was the awful manner of the older lady behind the counter obviously apologising in the most awful way and still trying to cover up.there actions then only offering a £18 discount I can fairly say my children would never have a party at this unprofessional run business with disgusting toilets with a member of staff that needs a customer service course!.

What an amazing day, although everything hurts. The instructor was lovely and we was in a group of 10 people. Everybody encouraged eachother and got on really well and it was such a nice fun day. We started on the little slope and after 2 hours, we progressed to the green/blue slope and eventually the red. There was a few falls but no one was hurt, the funniest part was when, one by one a lot of us fell off the lift back up as you was so exhausted, but again, it was more comical than anything else. By the end of the 6 hour lesson we could all go down safely, able to stop ourselves and turn slightly. What a wonderful experience and we have said we will go for practice once a month as our instructor said we were safe to go alone from the red part(middle of the high slope) but can also get a short lesson to progress to the top. Great place and a very fun day. I would recommend it to anyone.

Can't really fault this place, if you like a rush and don't mind getting wet then you'll love it, just be warned, there is irony in the term "dry ski slope" as its soaking, and sprinklers come on intermittently to make sure it stays that way, while you're actually on the slope, which adds to the fun. Basically pack a spare pair of clothes or wear waterproofs, oh and for £10 an hour (which is plenty by the way), it doesn't break the bank, like everything seems too these days, i.e. Go Ape!

A bit of a shambles. Poor organisation. Paid for a party, only had use of the party lodge whilst eating, seemed others had use of theirs for the duration. No real input which one had been allocated to us. Another party arrived just before we ate and used the lodge we had been apparently been allocated. Followed by confusion and irritation all round. No host provided for the kids, almost every party I've ever booked has someone looking after you, at least a little. No outside shade, difficult when the sun is glorious but your baby does not enjoy the sun. Too many people, parties and other customers, for the space provided. Generally a bit of a free for all. When we grumbled about the mix up at the end, no apology, just "well you told them they could leave the stuff there, that's x amount to pay..." Yeah, because it was already, buggered up by that point. Party food reasonable, kids enjoyed it so I guess it could have been worse. But unlikely...
