Not value for money. But they’ll happily always take money. Queue for 5-10 mins because only one booth open yet it’s busy. Should’ve been made free years ago.

The chap who was in the booth coming from Lincoln, was put out that I wanted to pay by card as opposed to dropping into the takeaway box.

I was off shopping into Lincoln today and I found the approaching tarmac road just before the bridge to be in rough condition as there's numerous signs of pot holes which have been patched up at some point but still it isn't a great section of road to drive by on.Both payment booths were open but I did have to wait a wile for my turn to pay which wasn't the fault of the toll cashier as the car in front decided to pay the grand total of 40p by bank card transaction,Gordon Bennett wots the World 🌎 coming to when you haven't got this tiny cash amount readily available.Very frustrating☹& I did mention this to the attendant chap who in turn showed me by waving a clear money bag full of card receipts which he'd already taken this morning. I gladly then popped my 2 x 20p coins into his plastic container & carried on with my journey once the barrier had been lifted .On my return trip back from Lincoln to Dunham toll Bridge there wasn't any payment hold ups this time & I found the staff to be very pleasant on...

came across today at 12.10pm approx travelling towards Dunham there was a1 car in left bay noyhing in right or centre bay...as I approached the barrier in front of car lifted and light turned to green. I pulled up behind it, expected it to move it didnt.. I sat there 2 cars went through the centre booth the driver and the woman in the booth were chatting and laughing after between 2 and 3 minutes by my car clock he drove off I gave a blast on my car horn to emphasis my disproval and was greeted with verbal abuse from the female operative for not being patient...Ok I use the Toll 3 or 4 times a month generally I have to que often behind lefthand drive vehicles but when I approach as the front vehicle of any que has a green light I donot expect to wait whilst the driver chats with the female operative for 2plus...

Absolutely unnecessary agrevation for £0.50p. Their website is out of date they say and charge personal vans with a carrying capacity of kgs 497 (V5) £1 instead of 50p They wanted £1.00 and said the website is out of date! You updated your website for the July price rises where it clearly states vans with a carrying capacity of less than kgs 509 cost 50p NOT £1 So you are not telling the truth. What a joke ! Get a grip and be a professional company instead of a bunch of jokes. Shame on you. It gets better ! Edit 13/12 I was told this morning that DVLA were wrong with their paperwork and I should stop talking out of A*. Such nice people at...
