Beautiful Nature Reseve running along a steep side of a valley in between Bledlow Ridge & Radnage. Access is via a footpath off Chinnor Rd if you need to park a vehicle , this being approx 300 m NW of The Boot pub. There is a bit of space right next to the stile for parking , just past Chapel Lane but only enough for 3 or 4 cars & even then you are sticking out a bit. I guess if you are on a longer walk you can park elsewhere & reach the reserve in the course of your journey. I visited on a hot, sunny day so the grassland below the strip of beech woodland running along the top of the reserve was alive with butterflies - the reserve is noted for them. There were many Chalkhill Blues & also a few Blue Adonis as well as some commoner species. Many Chalk loving wildflowers to enjoy , the lovely Chiltern Gentian in flower , too.
