🌟 Perfect day at Play in the Park, Chelmsford with my little one! 💖 Bouncy castles, DIY smoothies, boogie time, and the tastiest toasties! 🥳🥤🍞 #FamilyFun #MemoriesMade #playinthepark

Really good condition pitches, ample parking and handy facilities for loos etc. Great day too because the lad scored a hat trick and got MOTM If I had to be picky (although I don't agree with what I'm saying), there is a lot of grass to walk over when viewing a match on the far side. A path system separating the pitches would keep shoes dry, but hey....no biggie! Coming from a team whose pitch is sloping with a massive dip in the middle, this was like Wembley!!! Also disappointing that dog owners are unable to perform the necessary duties of a dog owner, but coaches are well used to searching each pitch for dog poo before a match and have a pile of poo bags due to the frequency of it happening.

That's where we walk our dog, its near home, it's a great place to walk him with the woods behind lovely little walk. And the people walking their dogs there are so nice, until now we came across lovely people as quite often we leave our quite hyper 8months border collie off lead and he is a handful but people are understanding. Not only that the park is very clean compare to highland park of course it is smaller and easier to maintain but it seems people clean up their mess in this park which amaze me and happy to see that people are responsible about their pet but such a shame we can see rubbish lying around quite often

A surprisingly large park with multiple uses. Huge grassed area marked out for football pitches late summer to May. Baseball grass pitch with pitchers mound and safety nets.

Artificial football pitch with lights, booking essential, key 🔑 required for access.

Brand new children's playground March 2023 with comprehensive variety of swings, zip wire, slides, and climbing equipment.

Picnic tables, basketball 🏀 & tennis 🎾 court.

A small area of woodland that was part of a larger forest used by King Henry viiifor hunting. Now for walkers, young explorers and camp builders.

All this and the adjacent athletes centre and...
