Very imformative staff who are fun and relaxed, not at all pushy or bossy. They let you take your time even on a tour and spend as long as you want. A historic water powered mill that is operational, you get up very close to the working parts so can see every detail of the mill in action. Massive shoutout to our guide, Chris. He was knowledgeable, fun, and an all-around top fella. Three of us went today to specially see this little water mill. What a gem! A perfect time capsule, preserved by chance and cared for with love. The miller; Chris, gave us a very thorough history of grain over 11,000 years (it only seemed like an hour🙂) and the impact it has had on our modern world.
