This is completely unacceptable.
A few seconds ago I was informed that the Observatory is closed.
I asked if it was because of Covid and the lady said yes.
She also mentioned that it might open again towards the end of the year.
What a disgrace.
No one cares about covid.
How many times must we see a mandate endorsing celebrity parading maskless through a crowded public space, or a public official scrambling for his mask as soon as he realizes that the cameras are rolling?
We need the Observatory open. NOW!!
Enough is enough.

The observatory is wonderful, the crowd from the top of buildings is breathtakingly beautiful if you can get past the wind. The visitors centre is accommodating and it's extremely educational. The telescope was simply facnianting and getting a good look at it was awesome.
