Recently started using this park on a more regular basis. The Car Park is small and poorly maintained although this is now being resurfaced. The park itself is a wonderful place for walking the dogs or just a walk for yourself. Nice wide paths with various route options available to suit your needs. There are numerous benches and places to enjoy a picnic if desired. There are a few bins scattered around for deposits of litter or doggie pop bags. The park also incorporates some local history within its boundaries from years gone by which are quite interesting to learn about. All in all a great local asset.

The loop around the forest is a nice one, it's not particularly far so I wouldn't say it's a long route or a hike as it's a mostly flat but pretty walk, very popular with dog walkers, joggers and bikes so is often busy, so be prepared to meet other dogs if your woof isn't as keen. The walks themselves are great, there's viewpoints and information around the way to read and sometimes interact with which is popular with the kids. Small lake/large pond for the dogs, water is usually all safe. Few picnic benches available. Nice simple area and very clean and tidy.

A beautiful foresty walk. It feels safe, is a nice easy route with a decent path and has a friendly atmosphere being next to Buckler’s Park housing estate. Plenty of (well kept) bins so no holding doggy bags the whole circuit! Only thing worth mentioning is there’s traffic noise from a busy main road which run alongside parts of it but as a lovely local walk a stone’s throw from Crowthorne village, it’s no biggie. I just appreciate having such a nice place to walk.

A word of advice for anyone wanting to visit here who doesn't live local. The tiny car park provided gets extremely busy especially at the weekends and as you'd expect, the council have stuck double yellow lines all around the roads just outside of it meaning if your driving your gonna have to clog up existing residential roads a bit further away and prob annoy the residents living there even more 🙄. (Well done Bracknell forest council and the builders for promoting healthy living but not providing a sufficient infrastructure to a place you knew would get very popular 👏👏)

Anyhow, once you finally get in, it's a lovely place to walk with paths all the way around and bat boxes dotted about the place too. Great for dogs and a bike ride and even better it has the original testing ramps used by the TRL when it used to be in action. There is also a new play park too great for the kids.

As I said before. It's extremely popular and gets very busy so your best bet is probably in the week or later on in the day on...
