Visited the chaine memorial tower in Larne for a weekend trip and absolutely loved it. The weather was perfect which made the experience even better. The location is peaceful and scenic with a stunning costal views that makes it a great spot to relax and take in the beauty of the area. It’s lovely place to spend some quiet time, go for a walk, or just enjoy the surroundings. Definitely worth a visit if you are...

An iconic feature of the Larne seafront. The walk from the memorial, along the promenade to Waterloo Bay and back is nice. Car parking is free. Plenty of birds can be seen on the small beach beside the tower and if lucky you may see pied wagtails, rock pipits, oystercatchers, plovers and turnstones. I recommend visiting here if you are visiting the area...

The location is peaceful and scenic with a stunning costal views that makes it a great spot to relax and take in the beauty of the area.
