Had a wonderful walk up here the other day. Path is wide but at the moment a little muddy with wet leaves. I had a walking stick and felt perfectly secure. There are a few ways up and the route we took from the visitor centre was uphill all the way and a little steep in places but nothing a moderately active person couldn't handle. My son is recovering from a heart attack so we took it very slowly.
