A lovely, and pretty quiet beach, perfect for younger kids. It's 15 mins from Looe. Parking was ample and easy, £6.50 for day max price. There is a lovely cafe that does nice coffee and good breakfast. There is the Beach House that you can get takeaway food or sit in; I can't comment on food as we didn't eat there. There is also a playpark for the kids.

The beach is shale/sand. It doesn't hurt to walk on and we were able to get sandcastles out of it! There is a "stream" running to the sea which is perfect for little ones to play in and the sea was lovely and calm.

There are dogs, but we found no dog mess and majority of owners were very considerate. But if your kids don't like dogs this may not be the place for you, hence losing a star, to me they should be on lead between 10am and 4pm.

Overall it's the best beach without a huge hike through harbours near where we are! Highly...

Good sized beach just along the coast from Looe with lifeguards present in the summer months.

Car park really close by but fills up quickly so arrive early on sunny days if you want a space. At time of writing, 3-4 hours is just over £5 then the next time slot you can pay for is 24 hours for £6.50 (10p more for using the app). There are also a handful of spaces right along the road next to the beach. A toilet block is available in the car park. Another car park is located not too far away but beware of people arriving late and parking irresponsibly on double yellows or blocking people in.

Cafe located very close by (car park here is just for customers). Very popular beach with swimmers and, when the weather is calm, paddleboarders and kayakers. A stream runs around the side of the beach and into the sea which provides a pool in which young...

We had the best beach days here last week. We came because we have 2 dogs and Looe beach (and a few others) didn't allow dogs. We found this was in a good location when staying in Looe and it had things we needed. There is a lifeguard tower, rock pools, and a big enough beach to enjoy with plenty of space. If it's a nice day and you wanted to spend your day here, I would recommend going as early as possible because the parking is limited. But overall not too expensive to leave it all day, so we can't complain about that. There's a coastal walk, toilets, a pub, cafe and two places to buy slush and ice cream. All in all, a fabulous beach to enjoy with all...

Unlike many beaches in this area, Seaton Beach is easily accessible from the road. This makes it ideal for children and for people with impaired mobility. A small river flows across the beach which is safe for children to play in. RNLI Lifeguards are stationed at the beach during the season. Beach cafe, toilets, pub and restaurants are within easy reach of the beach. This beach is coarse sand and small stones rather than the golden sands of other nearby, less accessible, beaches. Seaton Beach is open for dogs.
