What a find! Built on old Military tracked vehicle testing land, it's the perfect mix of nature and built play areas. The trails are really good for walking or bike riding with little ones and the woodlands are brilliant for exploring. The play area is massive and really well thought out and designed. There's lots to do for all ages and abilities of children. The cafe is lovely with plenty on offer and the toilets are clean and tidy. Oh and the parking is free which is a huge bonus! This place is well worth a visit and you could easily spend 2-3 hours or more here. And after walking some more we've discovered that they've left some of the old military stuff which is fun to explore and talk about.

Best playground ever, surrounded by nature, using natural materials. Almost for all ages, less for babies who doesn't walk. But definitely from toddlers to teens. So many areas to choose from! Castle, house, balancing logs, huge slides, sand pit with tunnels to fill in, a long zip line, trails and so on! There is also a cafe and toilets too. The toilets close when the cafe closes. Loved it! Recommended for sure!

Free parking, wonderful walks and a great park...what more could you ask for?!

The toilets are in good condition and there is a cafe on site for snacks and ice creams.

The park accommodates all ages of children, including baby swings. There is also a little pool of water by the park, or a larger lake to dip in (I can't tell you if it's endorsed).

There are a number of waymarked walks to follow, we had a pushchair and it wasn't overly friendly as some of it is thick sand, but it is possible.

It's similar but different to Alice Holt down the road, which is a little more pushchair friendly, but still definitely...

Becoming a wonderful area for walks and enjoying the open air. A small cafe serving hot drinks and cakes 🍰 yum. On-site toilets. Large natural play area for the kids (and adults). Best part is the walk through the woods, with a wide variety of different habits, from woodland, heathland, sand, ponds, seasonal ponds and some well thought out points of interest regarding the local history of the land and area. Well managed with a nice large car park and semi natural stone paths so not too muddy for a walk. Many different trails and...
