Took my kids today as the weather was +23C ☀️and overall we all had a great time 👌. The inflatables are excellent fun and it’s reassuring that lifeguards are on duty and keeping an eye on things. Our dog was also happy just lying on the picnic rug, watching the kids splashing and struggling through the obstacle course 🤪 it made for a really nice family day out. That said, a couple of points did spoil the experience a bit 😕. While waiting, a group of young lads were openly smoking cigarettes and what smelled like weed, all while talking with swearing loudly. Not ideal in a family setting, especially with children around. I asked them politely to stop. The staff nearby didn’t intervene, which was disappointing. Would be good to have No Smoking Area sign. Another small 🤏 issue was one of the staff members driving a quad bike right through the area where families were sitting and waiting. The fumes and noise weren’t pleasant and felt unnecessary in a confined space. Kids also noticed some bird mess on the inflatables at the start of the session (14:00). It didn’t seem to have been cleaned off by staff beforehand. To be fair, we didn’t see many birds around during the day, so it’s likely from overnight, but still…. I’ve since seen in other reviews that this has been mentioned before, yet it doesn’t seem the organisers have done much about it. A quick rinse before opening would really help. Also worth mentioning that the postcode takes you closer to the sign directions rather than the actual road name, which can be a bit confusing if you rely on website page.

Read moreWent with a group of mates for a friend's stag, to start our slot was booked for 11am the website says they open at 10am but when we arrived they said they had no knowledge of our booking that they thought the first session was midday.
As a result we lost out on a good 25mins of the booking.
After our session we spoke to the manager who stated if we email the office they can sort out a refund for the session as it was their mistake. We've emailed twice and heard no response from the company yet.
As others have stated the facilities are kind of shabby, not well maintained or cleaned many people just change where ever they could wrapped in towels.
The inflatable course was also covered in bird feeces as people mentioned which is somewhat unhygienic.
I can't swim but still wanted to do the experience with our group, I fell in at one point life vest obviously helped but one of my mates had to jump in and help me. Extremely difficult to pull yourself up onto the inflatable with a lack of proper handles and it being extremely slippery.
Their lifeguard stood watching but made no effort to help after I had fallen in and I had to tell the lifeguard to come and help. She looked like I was bothering her by asking this, which I can't understand as it's literally what she's paid for.

Read moreWe had great fun here for our day out. The inflatable is in ok condition, could do with a bit of a clean and the changing and toilet facilities are very makeshift. There was also broken glass on the path from the inflatable to the slip n fly so it really is rough around the edges! Unfortunately I had a huge issue with the customer service which is a real shame and would stop me from booking again.
It’s not possible to call as there is no telephone number provided. The only contact method is email. I needed to get in touch regarding a refund due to a booking error, completely my error by the way. I’ve sent multiple emails and instagram messages, over a two week period and have had nothing back. I also tried to resolve the issue in person when we actually visited aquasplash, but was told all refunds have to be resolved via email. I explained I’d tried that and was assured my email would be picked up and the issue dealt with, but guess what……….yep, still waiting even after another prompt!
