A lovely walk through the old railway route down a cleared path. They've added some information boards and a bit of old track. Muddy but the dog loved it. Worth trekking down, lovely and quiet. You can certainly get a mobility scooter down it. Not sure how easy the gate in the middle it will be but can do half of it no problem. There are squirrels during the day and bats flying overhead when it's dark. Just a nice walk.

An excellent recreation of the former Rolleston on Dove railway station that closed in the 1960s. See where the platforms and various station buildings would have been prior to their erasure. Now a nature trail, you walk the track bed all the way to Stretton in the south. Fascinating how nature has reclaimed this once industrial place. Recommended.

Great walk with the kids. Historic site and lots of information boards. Benches to rest if needed. Kids enjoyed the little stream with tadpoles in. Loved the wild flower garden for the bees and butterfly's

Great walk for as long or short as you want on a flat disused railway line with high embankments. Visit the old railway station and wildflowers planted by local groups. No cycling or horse riding allowed. If you take a dog make sure to have poor bags with you and clean up, the pool bag patrol...
