Faculties brilliant with a family room with large bathroom was great to bath the children after the day at the farm. Fridge and freezer to use was very handy also. The man doing the activities on th farm throughout the day was brilliant with the children and just a pleasure to be around. Although the farm isn’t that big ther is plenty to do to fill your day. Pony riding grooming carriage and horse ride and lots more.
From the cow sheds area there is a door directly through to the cafe and then to the farm which would of been very handy. This was locked the whole time this meant we had to walk around and through the toy shop every time we wanted to pop back we had a buggy and a 4 year old so the door would of been handy and walking through a toy shop multiple times a day isn’t ideal for any parent. The lady in the cafe said that it was because it wasn’t busy and wanted to stop people entering the site for free. There was not many people camping so this seemed a unreasonable reason as surly when busy more people may try to get in for free. And also we had payed like everyone at busy times so why would we be treated any differently. The cow sheds are fun but £240 for 2 nights is a lot of money so we expect the same experience. This brings me on to the bbq pack to say the least these were poor and frozen and when we was getting ice cream in the shop in the chest freezer hidden under the ice cream was co op 1/2 pounders (it seems like they repacked co op burgers for us and they did look gross to be honest we went and bought more burgers )the sausages were ok. But 8 sausages co op burgers stale bread and bit of greater cheese was what we got for £24 so I would recommend not adding that on and getting your own food. Lovely co op near by. When getting a bbq pack from a farm your expect some special burgers and sauages but maybe this was again because they wasn’t busy. Also they had no bacon and any food or drinks on our first morning. On our second morning we returned to the cafe and 9am and it was closed although the website said 9 I asked the owner I presume on site he said again it’s not busy so we don’t open untill 10. He did open the cafe and let me in for me to be told again by the lady in the cafe it’s not busy so we don’t open until 10. To say the least this was getting very frustrating.
My children had a fantastic time. And we only wouldn’t come again because we have done it now I would recommend it. Although maybe go at busy times so everything is open...
Read moreAbsolutely a great place to visit when in Suffolk, UK! 🇬🇧 with or without children ➡ Easton Farm Park! I visited it 6 days in a row during the last week of May 2025 with my granddaughters age 4 and age 2 on an annual season entrance pass. Also one day with friends and their children. The grandchildren absolutely loved it and we stayed always until closing time at 5 pm - about 7 hours a day. Open 10 am to 5 pm. The weather was perfect! About 22°C and sunny. The setting is very scenic!
Picturesque 'English Countryside' with extended walks, grandiose trees and ponds/river where the children can fish. The centerpiece is the beautiful Victorian farmhouse near the River Deben in Suffolk, England.
The park features a variety of animals, rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, horses, Shetland ponies, donkey, peacocks, guinea fowl, pigs, cows, alpacas; Children can observe and interact with the animals and learn about them. The choice of playgrounds is excellent! Including a huge outdoor trampoline. Many activities to choose from. All is clean, well kept and maintained and the staff is very helpful! There is also an indoor play area which was very much liked by my granddaughters.
We spent some longer time in the part of the farm where historical displays were exhibited about the Suffolk Punches 🐎 horses and the farm and found it very interesting.
Every day we went into the Cafe and had quality time there. Enjoyed what was on offer. One day it was very busy with a long wait but the other days it was fine.
I would always revisit when in this Suffolk area. We stayed at the '2 Pound Cottage' nearby in the village of Easton and walked over to the farm. A short 9 minute walk from there along the road or alternatively a longer walk near the river Deben through woodland.
Easton Village is very charming with a beautiful, picturesque, romantic countryside.

Read moreCamped at Easton, site not brilliant. No hedging separating pitches so gets blowy, no privacy between pitch rows, pitch boundaries not clearly marked, bit if football pitch spray would help. Shower block ok, got pretty messy on first day with grass on floor, as site was quiet busy, thankfully it was quite quiet on following days so didn’t get to bad, if it were constantly busy it would have been bad, and thank god the weather was good or showers would be a mess. Staff polite, but didn’t seem well informed, when I asked what time cafe in farm opened the girl didn’t know, the camping shop never had anything of use, i.e milk or eggs. When we asked for milk on the Tuesday they said they’d been sold out since the weekend and waiting for delivery (UNTIL TUESDAY?) The farm cafe at lunchtime had no jacket potatoes, no pizza. Family room is useful with washer/dyers, fridge and freezer. Doesn’t seem to be anyone to content at night, wasn’t given a number or told if anyone was permanently on site.
Pretty rural location, if you want somewhere where you can walk to a pub or a shop then it’s not for you, you need a car for that. 100% need a gazebo/shelter no natural shade on pitch and when it’s hot it’s unbearable.
Stayed 10-15th August but left early due to illness. Can’t say I’d come again, 5/10.
Pros- dark skies great for star gazing, animals are always a bonus, pitch size is generous 10 x 10m, let us have 7 people on one pitch in one tent which a lot of sites don’t...
