Brook Bay is a natural wonder. The beach is sand and pebble and is lovely to visit for lots of different activities including dog walking,BBQ,swimming,fossil hunting or just to pass the time soaking up the stunning scenery. At very low tide there are dinosaur tracks leading into the sea on the ledge at Hanover point, they are an amazing sight, you can also find casts of dinosaur footprints and I have provided photos of these. I have seen Peregrine Falcons and Ravens along the cliffs which themselves are in a constant state of erosion so beware and stay off of them. There is a car park owned by the National Trust where you have to pay to park or you can park on the wide verges on the road. There is a clear path down to the beach with some steps and the last bit can be tricky as you access the beach itself as it is rough track after the steps end and could present a challenge to the less active.
