Lovely little garden area to walk through instead of walking along busy roads. Lots of grass areas, ideal for dog walkers. Plenty of trees. Little water duct that should look pretty but upon closer inspection is absolutely disgusting and smells foul too (possibly a sewer?). Play park was a disgrace. Such a shame that children can't have a lovely area in which to play as it was full of vandalism. The council clearly take care of this area because they close and lock the gates, so it begs the question as to why they can't replace the swings that are missing, and clean up the play park for the little ones? Enjoyed it once for a nice walk, however I'm unlikely to ever return.

The Burn Valley is beautiful all year round. It has lots of wildlife, moles, birds ans squirrels. A lovely place if you love the natural world. A lot of dog walkers and a nice small family walk.xx

This park used to be beautiful, well cared for and full of life. Arguably, there is still lots of wildlife to protect in the park, such as herons, woodpeckers, foxes, etc. However, the maintenance of the park is horrific. Swing Sets destroyed by teenagers, trees constantly torn down but never replanted... lots of residents are unhappy with the current situation, especially considering other parks in the town seemingly get the...

Pleasant walk in the middle of town. Birds a plenty to spot including tree climbers and bullfinches and grey wagtails...and our special additions. Parakeets of which there is a few colonies...
