Dubwath Silver Meadows Nature Reserve — Attraction in England

This is a super little reserve with various habitats, including wetland and hay meadow. The bird life is prolific. There is no charge for entry and the paths are either boardwalk or gravel, so suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. There are also benches along the way for those who need a sit down or who would just love to sit quietly and take it all in.There are information boards at various points. A really good well kept reserve. Siskin , Green finch , Gold crest, Nuthatch , Heron , field mice , pygmy shrew all seen within 10 minutes of walking. It's not somewhere you are going to spend hours walking around , you can do the whole circuit in about 25 mins , but with the looking for bird life and other wildlife on offer we spent about an hour + walking. It's all free , parking , entry to the site ... A shame there wasn't somewhere to make a donation...

Great place to view birds, the feather kind! Board walk easy stroll for wheelchair users otherwise inaccessible place, not much space to overtake as the board walk only accommodates width wise one wheelchair, can be muddy in wet conditions.
