This is a super little reserve with various habitats, including wetland and hay meadow. The bird life is prolific. There is no charge for entry and the paths are either boardwalk or gravel, so suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. Read moreA really good well kept reserve. Siskin , Green finch , Gold crest, Nuthatch , Heron , field mice , pygmy shrew all seen within 10 minutes of walking. It's not somewhere you are going to spend hours walking around , you can do the whole circuit in about 25 mins , but with the looking for bird life and other wildlife on offer we spent about an hour + walking. It's all free , parking , entry to the site ... A shame there wasn't somewhere to make a donation...
