This is a firm favourite for our family. Having shared so many wonderful memories here. Year after year. It’s sad to see the hotel dilapidated and none of the cafes or coffee shops that open there seem to last. I just think it’s a hidden gem. Perfect example of the Jurassic coast and not busy. Much smaller, and more intimate for it, than the larger beaches of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe nearby, but definitely worth a visit.
