Stunning little find! Really quiet and calm beach here! We find it’s great for paddle boarding here since the bay is normally quite protected! Beautiful beach with some parking nearby that I’m sure fills up quick in the summer but is easy to park in in the winter! No steps and easy access to the beach!

Quiet, awesome, other-wordly. This is a fantastic beach, a little off the beaten track but the geology and landscape are amazing. Good rock pools, very interesting stones, little secluded cubby holes, well worth a visit.

Beautiful place, if you head down at low tide you can also walk through the rocks to the hidden beach to the left. It was early September so not busy at all, maybe 30 people max.

This is a firm favourite for our family. Having shared so many wonderful memories here. Year after year. It’s sad to see the hotel dilapidated and none of the cafes or coffee shops that open there seem to last. I just think it’s a hidden gem. Perfect example of the Jurassic coast and not busy. Which is a real shame. Overlooked by many of the tourists to Devon. I wish everyone could see it the way we do. You can sit on the rocks by the White House (currently being renovated) and see the most amazing sunsets. It’s...

Tucked away in Ilfracombe, beautiful little seafront with plenty of rock pills to discover when the tide is out.a pub signposted 5min walk and beautiful surroundings.no shop,so take your own little picnic or walk to the pub which is signposted. Such ashame about the lee Bay Hotel which has remained closed since 2009,left to get vandalised and fall into disrepair, such a beautiful building.wish I had the money to buy, repair and reopen, such a...

A beautiful, small and secluded little beach in the small north Devon village of Lee. Much smaller, and more intimate for it, than the larger beaches of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe nearby, but definitely worth a visit. The lack of cars and tourist trappings makes it feel like a secluded little beach haven with some great views across the sea. Definitely a recommended visit if you're...
