It’s a really lovely park to walk around, or to hang out with some friends and play football or frisbee. Queen’s Park is very quiet especially at this time of year, the woodland is really relaxing and quite beautiful to walk through. There’s is also a golf course nearby here to enjoy! There’s plenty of walks across the open parkland or through the woods - with a small pond along the way. The only drawbacks during my visit was the occasional dog mess; it’s such a shame some people have no respect for their wonderful outdoor spaces, as there are lots of dog-waste bins around the park! Though, Queens Park is still a great place to hang out with friends & family.

WOW, one of Bournemouth biggest parks. Huge park with 18-hole golf course. So, we have to be careful when you are walking around when members are playing on the fair ways. Massive park full of wildlife, forest, walks, golf, playground, cafe, ponds. Ideal dog walking around this green park, pletty to see walking in peace and quite. Ideal for picnics and being the family. There is a big playground and parking next to it.

I come here mainly to walk my friends dog, it's a nice place to come, lots of friendly people and wildlife. They have a cafe there, not sure if it's open to public but one can only assume it would be, they provide water for dogs, nice touch, especially on a hot day.

Great for walking your dogs, families, clubhouse and toilets next to the carpark. Having read so many reviews with people moaning about the golf. It is a golf course first and foremost and an immaculately kept course. The fact it is a municiple course just ramps up the rating further. Immaculately looked after, and as it is council owned open to everyone and very very affordable Green fees. No stuffiness members only clubs can harbour. My closest municiple golf course is Southampton sports centre and is not a patch on this. Although dog walkers, joggers, etc do realise it is a golf course where as here alot seem to think it's do whatever whenever. Yes it is a public access but I have seen walkers roaming around the greens and flying at any golfers who try to do what they paid for!! So much parkland, space, beaches nature yet choose here! I would suggest that as a public course you charge the walkers etc. Alot seem to forget it's the green fees, clubhouse etc that pays for it to be a stunning...

Lovely course, but it was ruined by the vast number of walkers and dog walkers on the course. We had to wait on the tee so many times it was unreal. As you were about to dri e off the tee, someone appeared from nowhere, and so we had to wait for them to clear. When they did, another would appear from out of the woods and so had to wait again. This happened on almost every hole. We all agreed that whilst it was a really nicely laid out course, we wouldn't book to play here again due to having to wait so many times to take not just your tee shot, but your fairway shots Aswell. People and dogs were coming out of the woods or waking across the fairways all over the place. It's a shame as we loved the course, but ruined by all the walkers. I appreciate it's a park but it's a golf course too and no thoughts...
