Just across the river from Berwick-upon-Tweed, Spittal Beach is a wide, sandy stretch of coastline with gentle waves, clean air, and plenty of space to wander. The beach feels unspoiled and relaxed — ideal for paddling, picnics, or simply watching the tide roll in.
