The coastline around Flamborough is amazing to explore from the sea. Be sure you're wearing a life jacket and have your mobile phone on you. There are plenty of sea caves to explore but must also advise to use caution and only enter if safe to do so. Launching from North landing is ideal, as it is situated in quite a sheltered cove, whether your on a kayak or paddleboard. The access is quite steep and can be slippery at times due to sand. The car park at the top is reasonable too, charging £5 for the day, meaning you can take your time. Toilets are located at the top alongside a lovely cafe, selling hot and cold food along with refreshments, and I've cream. A smaller kiosk selling hot and cold food as well as refreshments is also situated in the boat hut at the top of the boat ramp. Due to its popularity, the car park can get full quickly regardless of the overspill area.

In Bridlington so thought we'd visit North Landing. It's a short drive from where we were so we arrived there in about ten minutes. Would have made a nice walk but weather was dodgy, another time for sure. Beautiful cove with plenty of cliff caves, not many accessable I don't think, but we found two to have a mooch in. Lovely little beach if weather was good. Cafe at top with small shop. Quite a steep walk down to the beach, but do-able If you take your time if a little unfit etc. (It's the coming back up that takes it out of you!) Large, spacious car park with room for larger vehicles, like a van or motorhome. There was a pay machine there but it was out of order, took a pic of the machine to prove it wasn't working, just in case we got a fine through the post! Would recommend a visit no matter the weather (hail and snow not incl) .

First time here, I typed in North Landing into Google maps and it takes you right too it. I paid £1.80 for parking all day. To get to the mini beach you have to walk down a slope which isn't so bad. The beach itself is very small but beautiful. When the tide is out, people were exploring the caves. Halfway down thee slope there is a icecream/drinks shop. I went there to go on my paddleboard, when I got in the water I turned right and went paddled all the way to the light house. Plenty of dead birds in the sea among living jelly fish and lots of seals. I went in and put the caves which was amazing, the water is different colours. Some parts of the water are so clear you can see thee bottom. Highly recommend this place. Don't go outt into sea on your own though, you definitely need a sporting buddy!

Amazing views with endless walking, can be very windy so make sure you bring something to protect you just in case and secure all belongings including head or face wear. You can walk down to the small part of the beach weather permitting or take a walk along the side of the cliffs which can go on for hours depending how long and far you're prepared to walk for. There's a car park which charges £0.80 for 1 hour, £1.30 for 2 hours or all day for £1.80. there's no over night parking and parking meant to end by 6pm. You can go either sides of the cliff from the car park, but if you go to the right side there are more enjoyable sight scene and further you can get to the light house, coast guard and marine aid facilities.

Breathtaking Cliffs with beautiful scenery. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces. Very pleasant walk across the top of the cliffs there’s also the opportunity to take the steps down to the bottom which I had no interest in doing as it was very steep and didn’t look like there was much to hold onto as you make your down the cliff. I didn’t have the correct footwear on either so I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have the correct attire on.It was also very windy even on a hot day. There is many migrating birds nesting on the cliffs so a real bonus if you’re up to the climb I felt safer on the top to be honest. Well worth the drive though.

Just three words ...am azi ng!! :P But seriously, it's a lovely plase, or rather large patch of land, rocks and water where you can forget about life's issues and a rat race for a while. Bring some water, your dogs, kids even cats if they like to walk on a lead and go, get lost in such lovely scenery. Flamborough Head has one of the most important seabird colonies in Europe. In summer the cliffs are packed with tens of thousands of breeding auks, gannets, gulls and puffins, creating a memorable experience. The chalk grassland, especially in Holmes Gut, is rich in flowers attracting butterflies and a number of uncommon moths.
