Laser Zone — Attraction in Great Britain

My 7 year old son had his birthday party here on Saturday, we were so looking forward to it for weeks. On the day the party started 15 minuets late. It was unorganised and lacked communication. I paid extra for deadpool to do his birthday cake and play the last games with the children. We waited.... I asked the party host she did not know anything about this. Came back 10 minuets later and told us deadpool wasn’t available anymore we would have to have captain America, in the end it was Spider-Man that eventually turned up! My son is on the spectrum and the lack of organisation made him have meltdowns. It was a very stressful day. I decided to email a complaint when I got home and thought things through. I received a very unprofessional email from Ginny “the director “ basically not taking any blame or responsibility for our disappointment, instead she bad mouthed the children at our party , said they assaulted a member of staff! I asked why wasn’t I told about this if it happened and she just ignored me ,they were just hyper and excited 6-7 year olds! I’m so upset and angry about the way we have been treated . Will never recommend this place ever! I would just like to say to your response to my review is so unprofessional, how dare you describe my son as having “issues” he has a disability! It’s so cruel. We took our sons and their friends here last weekend for a game and food. When we arrived we were the only ones and did wait a while until someone came over. It turned out that there was just one lady running between Laser tag and Zoomania so we should expect some delays in our session starting and serving. Despite the fact they were seriously short staffed she did her best to help us and serve drinks, thank you! A young guy who ran their session was absolutely amazing. He made sure the kids (and dads) had a great time and sorted all their food and drinks orders. He worked so incredibly hard and our sons and friends loved it. I want to start off by saying the girl that looked after us Ace was lovely. I am however very, very disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, about £240 for 13 guests, it only consisted of 3 x 10 minute games (we started 20 minutes late, i was booked in for 3pm and actually started playing by 3.20pm. It had finished by 4pm with two breaks in between) and half an hour use of the party room. 3 anemic pizzas and a tray of chips! We couldn't even eat the birthday cake in the room! Never, ever again.
