Bleak but beautiful, particularly in sideways rain! Most of the stones have fallen but you can still see that it’s a circle. Stunning location, be prepared for the wind. Also note that it’s a private track and you park about a mile short of the stones and have a twenty minute walk up the lane. Worth it when...

The location is fantastic though the circle is difficult to distinguish. Compared with Stannon just a few hundred yards away it’s not that pretty. Middle Moor cross located...
