Comer Woods were beautiful to walk around in the sunshine. The dog really enjoyed herself as did the baby. We didn’t expect the paths to be suitable for a pram so I had him in my carrier but actually, we walked for 3.5 miles and the pram would have been just fine actually! There’s tidy paths the whole route that we took. We stopped to give him a feed by the lake where there were benches, then headed back to the car park. We visited the cafe on our way in and ordered the luxury hot chocolates, which were gorgeous. There was an open meadow next to it and plenty of picnic tables to sit at. However, once you leave the area of the cafe, there are no bins anywhere, so if you take a drink or snack away with you, be prepared to carry it round or pocket your litter. Lots of different walks, of varying lengths and levels of difficulty. One thing that we didn't notice was that there are TWO pink routes, one a pink arrow on a white background, the other a pink arrow on a pink background! The solid pink route is far more difficult than the other. Beware.
