First of all we got lost! We arrived in the dark and Apple maps didn’t drop us off at the right place - the owners were on the other end of the phone and kindly directed us!||As a weekend break for a group of five girls Lily lodge was perfect. Clean, comfy and good value for money. The hot tub was great but we particularly loved the outdoor pool and recommend taking the plunge! ||Due to government covid restrictions we had to re-arrange our stay. This was handled well with good communication. |The re-arranged date of our stay was during a peak time and therefor the cost of the lodge increased however we wasn’t asked to pay the difference which was appreciated. ||Sadly there’s just one negative that leaves me unable to rate our stay higher.|For an additional cost of £20 you can bring one dog. |Prior to our arrival the host agreed to us bringing two dogs which we paid the £40 for. |However after we left we received some messages (a telling off) saying that although they would return our deposit they were disappointed with the amount of dog fur. |We have 2 shedding border collies so we hoovered and cleaned the lodge on departing. |I assumed the extra £40 covered any extra cleaning time/costs so don’t understand why the messages were necessary? ||So great weekend away but not so...

Nosy landlord, beware of him overlooking your activity all the time. Got intruded multiple times during the stay to remind of switching off lights when away (how does he know everyone's away?).

Be prepared to forego your deposit after these pre-prepared warnings and harassment about a strand of hair or a foam particle in the hot tub quoting your skin tan, make up or skin conditions.

Kitchen utensils almost unusable, better to take your own. Sauna is 2 person without shower, far away from lodge, outdoor pool useless in winter time, oven grill flame doesn't heat up enough. Bathroom had double entry doors with both latches not working. Don't displace a single cushion or pillow or else be prepared to be judged and forego your deposit, despite leaving everything in good way.

Having stayed in several holiday homes across the country in the past found the experience very weird, shame given its a wonderful property in the wrong hands.

To the owner: Not every all-male group is a troublesome group, we were a group of professionals taking a quiet weekend off and treated you and your property with utmost respect but unfortunately all we got back was bias, interference and disrespect. Do not allow the booking if you aren't comfortable with male groups or non-white groups in the...

Beautiful.

Stayed as a family of 4 in tadpole lodge, with an 8 and 3 year old. Had the best family weekend we've had. The site is beautifully clean as is the lodge.

We thought the hottub would be the big hit, and it did get used frequently, but the outdoor natural swimming pool was the highlight. We were all in it every day. It was only around 18-20 and family overcast when we stayed but was still great fun. If you get lucky on a really hot week it must be even better. The onsite gym is one of the best equipped gyms there will be on any site in the country, can't believe how good it was.

Hosts are very accommodating and friendly as are there dogs. Kids enjoyed seeing the chickens and donkeys too.

Overall just so relaxing and tranquil, and we don't want to leave.

Only thing I would say is it says there's a playpark on the booking site, this is actually just a couple of swings. Although we did expect this looking at the pictures, might be disappointing to some. The kids were never bored however.

Surrounding areas give some of the best views we've ever seen. Some steep climbs around but well worth it. We also went to Queenswood Country Park & Arboretum, which if you're staying with kids I'd highly recommend. Great forest walks with park and...

We stayed in the dragonfly lodge, please note the hot tubs have been moved to a decking area behind the lodges and all lodges have had their exterior washed and retreated. Four of us had more than enough room in the lounge, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. Everything worked as it should from the kitchen appliances, to the showers and hot tub. That’s the boring bit over, now on to our stay. We had a lovely time, that includes two very hard to impress teenagers, who loved the outdoor pool, made full use of the WiFi and hot tub. We had two meals in the excellent Trumpet Inn, hired bikes in Ledbury which is only 15mins away and has a good range of shops, pubs and takeaways. I can recommend the excellent Blue Orchid Thai. Our hosts, Clive and Shelly were very easy to get on with and attentive without being conspicuous. All in all I would go back if I had the chance and would recommend Oasis Lodges.

Very peaceful location. Hot tub and pool were excellent kids could not get enough of it. Wifi worked fine so evenings streaming movies went down a treat. Could of done with some additional fans as it was so hot at night and couldn't really open the windows as the bugs all flew in. Plently of activities to do to keep all happy within driving distance. All in all would definitely come back again.
