Be wary of this shop. They will deny its their fault of items are faulty. I placed an order on tiktok and the gold lining came off the teapot. I paid £29.99 for this. When the teapot set arrived i wanted to wash before use (which im sure most people do). As i washed the teapot with soap and warm water i notice white dots coming through the gold lining of spout and handle so immediately stopped. I contacted the guy on his live and he assured me it will all get sorted and not to worry. I contacted tiktok customer support and they asked me to send it back. When received by seller they refused a refund stating i had used the set. I had no intention sending it back hence took it all out of the packaging and started to wash it. I packaged it just the way they had sent me it. Now im in a dispute with the seller. They have the set back and my money. Im out of pocket. Dont buy from this shop! Total scam
